Remarks
It was affordable as for pursuing graduation and also had good ratings on Google. I also did not get admission in JNU, I had to wait for the third list. I wanted to pursue journalism but BBA was better option as I could go for Mba in future and could get a stable job.
Course Curriculum Overview
It could be better. Teachers are not as sincere as they should be. Some of them are, they want to teach but as others are bit fragile, students take advantage of it. Regular classes should be stricter, teachers should more be concerned about the students than anything else.
Internships Opportunities
I have worked in JUSCO, Tata in HR department. I did not get any stipend as they do not provide any. I got good experience by working there. I applied for the internship through online form and got selected for Summer internship programme. I had to give them a Bonafide which was provided by the college.
Placement Experience
Companies do visit but after graduation most of the students prefer going for MBA or master courses, so most of them do not sit in the placement at the first place. Job references are also provided by our placement cells. They also inform about out campus placement offers, if required.
College Events
There are many extracurricular activities happening in the college like fests, cultural events, inter college fests etc. Sports is also managed properly. Seminars often takes place. Class discussion and group discussions also take place. Other colleges invite for inter college fests too.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't have any knowledge about the scholarship but they assist to provide loans from the bank. HOD can provide assistance for Scholarship as per the requirement and student's academic performance. Loan assistance is done by them.
Campus Life
It has a nice and equipped library. Also the lab is huge and beautiful. Infrastructure is improving as now badminton court has also been made properly, which enhances students to participate in sports events. Volleyball court is also there. Overall infrastructure is good.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good. 3 people have to share the room. AC and Non AC both rooms are there, it is provided according to your choice, fees differs for both. Warden is good. Pure drinking water is also available and washing machine is there at every floor. Hostels are good. Avg rent is about 24000 for non ac rooms and 36000 for AC rooms.
