Remarks

MG University is NAAC A accredited and the college has an affiliation. The University is recognised as one of the prime University in Kerala. The College has a large campus and is an environment friendly campus. The college provides adequate opportunities for sport and other extra curricular activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is updated frequently and the faculty in the commerce department provide quality teaching. BCOM has 2 main branches that is taxation and computer applications. Students can choose accordingly.

Placement Experience

Not much placement assistance is provided by the commerce department in the college. Placement cell in the college is active but good companies do not come to this college for recruitment. Those students who are hoping for good campus placements will be disappointed

College Events

College day, Arts day, sports day, College Union day and other festivals are there. Each department conducts it's own festival and the college has it's own cultural festival. Sports persons are provided with adequate opportunities.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

Remarks:

The college is well known for inducing skills to students holistically. The facilities work very hard not just to complete the course but to make students fully aware about the subject matter. There is no political influence found in this college.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.
