Anonymous's Review On Maulana Azad National Institute Of Technology - [MANIT], Bhopal

I need admission in a CS branch and in MANIT their is a very good placement offers for students in mostly every branch ,and in CS there is 99% of chance to be placed.and i am also from bhopal so that is a lucky factor for me to get admission in this college. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college and there is also a anti ragging committee there if anyone is bullied all the 1st year students have classes held at a far place from seniors to protect them and security is very tight for 1st year students They have a seperate hostel guard by security officers and no senior is allowed in their hostel. Campus of my college is around 650 acres and there were a no. of hostles in it. And there is a seperate hostel for girls an dvery far away from boys hostel so no need to worry for girls and entry of biys is prohibited in girls hostel.so it is safe. All students of MANIT have a great unity and if any problem arises everyone stood for it. There are a various no. of cultural and technical societies in MANIT whichever you prefer to join and you can develop a skill in you. Many faculty members of college studied at MANIT itself so they the college very well and they are very helpful.

Actually i m not satisfied with the syllabus that is taught in NIT'S in the 1st year They repeat all the 11th and 12 th syllabus at advance level nothing of which is related to the brach that we are pursuing Let me give you an example like environment studies in a computer science branch what is its use in computer. We have a faculty named jaytrilok chaudhary who is very fluent in his subjects that he teaches ,but then he made a paper that is very difficult for most of the students ,i think it is the best way to oush students to try hard.because now a days because of mobile and laptop students are losing focus from studies.

No right now i m in 2nd year so i m unable to reach the intership program brcause i have not the skills needed by company at time of internship but i m workinv on it.

There is a very good placement opportunities in MANIT many big companies visited every year and many more after that in upcomming years ,for interships and jobs , alumni cell is very big which is very imp for any institution which comes in hancy at time of placements Many famous and big people were studied here and now working on their own company.

Awesome There are 2 big events in an year 1st is technical festival and second is cultural fest in technical fest there were games for everyone related to quiz ,debate ,and varius other things robo wars and a big pro night event with a celebrity singer In both of the events in cultural event.

scholarship provided by M.P Govn- medhavi vidyarthi yojna And scholarship for sc/st /obc students And full tuition fee waiver for st/sc students or whom family income is less than 1lakh. Education loan is provided In MMVY full fees that you have paid is given back with hostel fee also except for causion money. You can take either one of the scholarship only. Must go for it , You have to fill form at mmvy website fhen you have to submit all the related documents that are needed online Then you have to submit the hard copy of filled form with documents at the College scholarship section then the verify the document,it can take upto 5-6 months and then the scholarship is transferred to the institute from there institute tranfer the money to students in their bank account provided.

We have a very large area of campus,and the sport facilities were good everything is provided and focus for sports,full campus is free wifi loaded at a good speed ,and there is also a connection of lan provided in some hostels. The library is very large around 30-40 k books are there in it ,and you can study there in a silence of it. There are a lots of no. of equipment provided for every student. Even some of it left untouched by the students as they are in exatra amount.and well maintained.

Hostels are very maintained and clean ,all rhe hostels have a free wifi and a LAN IN the rooms you can download or watch videos or imp things at a speed of 50 -100 Mbps there were a shortage of rooms as some hostle were under reconstruction so you have to take double or triple vacancy of rooms available in 1st 2 nd year but in 3rd you can have a available of single occupancy in boys hostle Mess food is good as compared to other colleges messes ,a night canteen is there where you can eat any time There is table tennis , volleyball count in every hostel. Seperate hostle for 1st year , 2nd year Is mixed Rooms are maintained and refurbish every year.
