Because of my rank, I could only get this college at best, and I've always wanted to go to the IT industry so Bengaluru was my priority, it being an IT hub. I'd already heard about the college from my cousin. The best thing about the college is its campus which is spread near Omkara hills with lots of greenery and also it's own small lake with ducks. The hostel and the campus are always clean and there's almost everything available nearby as I'm not from Karnataka this too was an important point for me. The peers are awesome, I'm delighted to have made such friends. Faculty is also fine except the language ba which sometimes causes an issue but most teachers are careful.

The course is reviewed for almost every batch or every alternate batch. Industrial exposure is an up-to-the student if one can get an internship we have almost a month of the semester-end break but the exam schedule is not certain, they get postponed anytime even when the exams have already started. Faculty, as everywhere, some are good some are okay. Sudha ma'am is an exceptional teacher.

HP, imperial auto, brain O vision, the third one was a paid internship with proper teaching recommend by one of the teachers. First two through general interview. No stipend whatsoever.

The college recently got NBA Acradation and because of that loads of companies are coming with a little more than average package. Placement training is given before the actual starting of the placement and first, you've to complete the technical round and finally the personal interview. Almost everyone eligible gets placed on an average package of 3.5lpa.

Jss verve is the biggest fest of Bengaluru and is a much awaited fest with dance competitions, fashion shows, music performances, an all round competition where the winner is crowned as Mr Or Ms Jss title. Technical fests, hackathons, and department fests are organized one after the other all year and every other branch is allowed to participate.

Sports equipment are available to all and several tournaments are always being arranged for students to participate. College Wi-Fi has an average speed and is always working but hostel Wi-Fi poses issues sometimes and the network reception is horrible. The library is well equipped with a lot of books for every subject, two floors with 2 discussion rooms and a digital library as well. Labs too are well equipped and camera guarded.

Hostel infrastructure and cleanliness are great but the beds are hospital beds which are not too comfortable although wooden furnishing is going on only 2 floors are completed as of now. For a non-karate student, we pay around 60000 for the first year and 15000 for the mess but the hostel fees go down to 54000 from the second year. The food is mostly not edible for a north Indian as you'll get tons of rice 3 times a day, tasteless and undercooked food with rats in the mess. Everyone who wants can get settled in the hostel.
