Remarks
Since I don't want to study away from my state, Calicut university is the best to opt-in our state Kerala. Being one of the most recognised colleges studying in Don Bosco college was a dream. Also, I was very good at coding which I found out my 12th. So even after my parents forcing me to opt BTech, I strictly wanted to focus on just coding and improve my skills.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college provided us with curricular and non-curricular activities. Our syllabus was updated often so we could learn with the trend. Provided with hands-on practical labs and well-versed theories learning always felt industrial touch. Our HOD was the one who made sure every student made their best out of college.
Placement Experience
Our university is very bad in providing placement pool. Individual organisations provide this opportunity and we used to participate in them. This being a very crucial thing for students, Calicut university should also look forward to expanding their arrangements for placement assistance.
College Events
Our college had different events for different departments. Containing commerce, science and electronics department every technical event was basically like an inter-department competition. Cultural events include Onam celebration (which is the best), Christmas celebrations, Holi celebration. Every year the events become more and more awesome. Bringing DJs, exotic moto show, presentation competitions etc.
Campus Life
Campus infrastructure was average. There was no wifi. But the lab and library were well presented and efficient. Our college made sure that every student could efficiently access every facility.
