Remarks

Best college in the closest vicinity. Amazing vibe. One of the top engineering college in the state as well as the country. It is located in the city centre and is highly accessible. I have a family history of a most engineers from my family hailing from BMSCE and it was a dream come true for my dad and me. College has great facilities and the best part is that the college is Autonomous (based VTU)

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties atleast in my dept are too good. Curriculum however is based on vtu needs a change. Our college has almost 60% PhD holders. They faculty once joins BMS will never leave. That’s the speciality.

Campus Life

We have an entire building for engineering and separate sections for architecture, mba and law on campus. Library is one of the best places to be at in our college. Has multiple canteens and well equipped labs. Also has a fitness centre on campus

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are on the more expensive side. Well equipped and is slightly flexible too. It isn’t too hard to avail hostels. They provide full meals and snacks on a daily basis and there is an off on Saturdays. Where student gets to indulge in their cravings.

the curriculum is practical up to date and the assignments are project based that encourages better understanding. the assignments are also real world based that require ,the students, to undestand the subjects better. there are 3 internal test with lab tests include that test the student's knowledge in the subject

Other colleges were not chosen as my rank wasn't suffecient enough. Comparitively to other entrance exams the best colllege with my rank would have been BMS. Overall summary of my college in Bengaluru.

I gave first preference to RVCE, but as my rank was less compared to cut off, I was unable to get a seat in the college and I ended up getting the seat in BMSCE which was my 2nd preference. I chose this college because I wanted to pursue CSE and this college seems to be a good option to do so. I did get rejection from a few colleges because I could crack their entrance exam.
