Remarks

Anna university is one of the most reputed universty In south India.It offers a wide variety of courses in various fields.I have opted geo informatics as it deals with advanced geographic technology and surveying techniques.

It consists of an outdated sylabus,In certain subjects,faculties also sometimes are unfriendly to students,which should also change.The college offers good industrial exposure and also has other cultural and sport activities for students.

Many companies have visited our college for placements and there are many notable alumini in sports,technology and film industry. Our college as said is one of the prestigious colleges in the state and there is an e cell in our college,club capitalize which is very successful and organizes and even know as enantra every year. There are companies,startups approaching the events who give internship and job offers

College Events

The campus life is enjoyable,one becomes self dependent on things from food to arranging things on his table,the college offers wide exposure to extracurricular activities from about 20 clubs and three main festival -technical fest,cultural fest and management fest

Fees and Financial Aid

There are wide range of scholarship plan for needy people too All OC, BC, MBC, SC & ST students, whose parental income is less than 1,00,000/- can apply however, Students those who have already applied for BC, MBC, SC & ST Scholarship

Campus Life

The sports facility is very good and the college offers wide range of sports,it also consists of gym and indoor sport.Tamil Nadus biggest library is the library in anna university, wide rage of sylabus books and engineering and technology books are available. The labs are quite equipped with modern equipments.

Hostel Facilities

No I'm and day scholar,but the hostels jave good infrastructure and are clean,they also have separate hostels (free) for the underprivileged people in the college which is one of the useful moves by the managements there are many hostels for each years and department

Fees and Financial Aid:

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
