Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is aligned with the current industry processes. Also, it helps to understand how to approach cases in the real market. Regarding the exam schedule, it was a continuous process of exam schedule and it was relevant to the courses and assignments are taken.
Placement Experience
The college has a two semesters system unlike the trimester system of IIMs. The placements were good. Also, the college provided internships as well.
College Events
The major events celebrated in our college were OASIS & INTERFACE. Oasis was a fest organised by the technical students of the college and is a cultural fest. The interface is organised by the department of management and is a technical fest. Also most of the Tier I BSchools participate.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is very low compared to the other colleges in the same domain. The fees are taken per semester. The fees are around 200000 per semester. This is including hostel fees and mess fees. An initial deposit or admission fees need to be given at the start.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I did not opt for any scholarships or education loan since the fees were less and I could afford it.
Campus Life
The campus of BITS, Pilani is very calm and beautifully decorated. All the professors stay inside the campuses as well. The gender ratio is good in the campus and there is enough option for extracurricular, academics or co-curricular work to be done.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors and the alumni network is one of the strongest. They are always supportive and helpful whenever the need arises.
Admission
Appeared for CAT exam. After receiving the score applied through BITS Portal and cleared their interviews. The interview was a tough one where the question from the work-life as well as graduation subjects was asked as well. After the interviews, the merit list is published.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was very friendly. They were easily reachable whenever there was a need for us. Also, they helped us in clearing our doubts even by extending their hours as needed. They helped us understand the current market trends and which areas we need to focus more on that.
