Remarks
Nehru Arts and Science College Kanhangad is the best college for doing BCom under Kannur University. I was interested in commerce, that is why I chose to do BCom. They have good faculties and they support the students in their overall development and extra curricular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is a little bit outdated. The course is mainly classroom based. You don't get opportunity to get practical experience or real life knowledge on the field. However the facilities are experienced and supportive.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities are really bad. There will be some career fests conducted by the placement cell of the college. However the number of students who actually get the job is very low and the package offered is also very small.
College Events
Campus life is good. There will be a lot of programmes. Most of them will be organised by the students. You will get opportunity to prove your talent. You can showcase your artistic talent as well as sportsmanship. You can be part of the students organization and clubs and develop respective skills.
Campus Life
Campus has WiFi facility, a good library, a good computer lab, indoor stadium, basketball court, open auditorium, football ground, canteen etc. The classrooms are of average quality. However there are a lot of green inside the campus. It's a calm atmosphere altogether.
