Remarks

The Management is directly assigned under the control of Central Government & totally Funded by Central Government. When it’s under the supervision of Central Government one has to be rest assured on the selection criteria of the management as well the quality selection procedure of the management.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is of highest standards. Exam structure is on yearly pattern basis followed by professional exam each year. Yes it’s very relevant & very up to dated curriculum which is again based on theory based, practical based & complete research driven in the field of medicine.Combination of all these 3 based reference with high level of teaching by professionals backed by a huge hospital for clinical study, which has an average footfall of approximate 4,000 patients daily, definitely helps you to become a better professional, but again one needs to be sincere, hard working & a single point focus to achieve excellence.

Placement Experience

4.5

In our MBBS course there is a compulsion of 1 year Internship upon successful completion of 4 & 1/2 academic study.

College Events

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure for the entire course is very, very feasible & had to be paid only once initially during securing admission. The course fee is strictly to be paid by the Demand Draft mode only. There are no additional fees / charges one needs to pay of any or in any kind. The college provides complete breakup of the fees paid. Additional one needs to pay for study material like Reference Text Books, Apron, Dissection Kit, Hand Gloves & other accessories.

Fees and Financial Aid

Nil, the course fees is so feasible that one need not have to avail any education loan for this meagre course fees.

Campus Life

4

It’s an prestigious instituton & hence one could find students belonging to all across the length & breadth of our country India.

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, I have opted for Hostel Accomodation. There is no additional fees charged towards the Hostel Accomodation. The total course fee of ?5,685.00 for the entire course duration of 5 & 1/2 years includes the Hostel Accomodation too.The hostel room would be around 120sq. ft. {approx.} with 2 occupancy based on Merit List score in descending order. The hostel rooms includes 2 beds, 2 chairs & 2 tables. The Hostel building is of 8 floor with 12 rooms each floor with each floor holding a common 3 Bathing area & 3 WC area suitably ventilated where as cleaning & hygiene’s standard maintained by an outsourced agency.

Alumni/Alumna

Would like to mentions here is as No Comments as this being our first year.Senior students are quiet helpful & cooperative in terms academics & cultural activities.

Admission

I opted for this course as I had a passion to study in the field of Medicine & wanted to become a Doctor. Getting admission to this institution is based strictly on Merit List declared by AIIMS Delhi. Merit List is declared based on marks scored in the annual entrance exams on all INDIA basis conducted. I had undergone the pre medical examination studies & entrance examination preparation from KOTA, ALLEN COACHING INSTITUTE by having a temporary residence there & the supreme sacrifice done by my family. My mother stayed there with me for complete 2 years, leaving behind my extended family in Pune

Faculty

4

On an average 20 - 22 lectures on weekly basis. On an average 5 dissection followed by 3 hours practical session for every dissection on weekly basis.Average age of faculty is 40 years, as it being a professional course the faculty mandatorily has to be of highest education achievements, I feel the faculty are all PG either PhD achiever in their respective field of study.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate
