College of Agriculture review

Overall our college is a wonderful experience of my life with most precious memories in it.

The course curriculum is a good which is helpful in gaining knowledge both practically and theorically.in our curriculum we do our practicals ourselves which helps in understanding the concept in a better way.our curriculum is designed in such a way that equal importance is given to the theory and practical sessions this encouraging students to be more thorough through the concept.

Well placements in the course of Agriculture is mostly in the private sector which includes seed companies,fertilizer companies,etc.we will be visiting most of the agriculture related organisation in our field where we can be placed as junior scientists,fellow members etc. In our upcoming semesters.

We celebrate many events in our college like arts,sports meet,Freshers day,farewell parties,some agriculture related days such as soil day,mango day, watermelon days,etc. We celebrate every aspects related to agriculture such as lakes and their importance,earth dayetc,

Our college is a government college so the fee structure is very reasonable with around 10000 per semester and some which is again gained back through scholarships and in addition to this scholarship we also get tour funds.l for our all india tours.

We get scholarship of around 40000 per annum which can be sufficient for us to pay for the college fee and for other expenses.

Campus life around our college will become a most wonderful part of the life. The ratio of gender is more towards girls and diversity is seen from all districts of the state and among the outsider it also seen a great diversity.we have a great number of extracurricular activities in our college with quiz, photography competition,essay writing, poetry etc.

Yes,I have opted for hostel.our hostel name is Tharangam UG mens hostel it is a some odd looking place at first but eventually it will become a most reminded place in your life with lots and lots of memories incapsulated in it.the weather, friends,and the projects which we have done along with our friends will be never be forgotten. It is a Sweet memory.

Seniors are one of the guide after the faculty who help us out from their experience and so much help in choosing the path after our graduation

I have opted this course of my interest.i have attended the entrance exam ICAR 2018 and secured seat in the college.It is one of the beautiful state with various cultures and traditions which made me to opt this college for choice.our college has a great history of about 100 yrs which has to been inherited from a king.

We hav good number of professors for each courses with atleast 3 professor for each course. Each of the professor is well qualified with doctorate in their subjects and well experienced. They help students very much with advices for our future studies suggesting with us good books for our entrance exams for further study.
