College management us nin co operative and doesnt fulfil the demand of students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes the course is very nice. many industrial professional come and teach us. So we get a clear idea about corporate. They conduct exam trimester wise so toatal 3 exams in year comprising of 10 subjects each trimester. The ebiz course is an amalgamation of management and technicality.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 550000 per year

Placement Experience

No I haven't got internship yet. The companies that visited the campus are tommy hilfiger, calvin klien, asus, IIFL, GEP, Seimens, big basket, jio, TCS, ETC every year about 100% student gets placed with an annual package of 7.5 lacs. yes they do take spevial sessions to build our good quality

College Events

Welingkar has not many fest but its flagship fest is IMPACT which is inter college cricket event. also ee have WEbiz fest in which we have lot of games. many people volunteer and participate in each fest. So everyone enjoys a lot. IMPACT is very popular event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is 11 lac for 2 years to be paid in installments of 4. Yes the fees is bit expensive. The mode of payment for the same is either cheque or DD DEmand draft. No they don't show transperency they dont give break up of fees exactly they say that every penny of fee is tution fee

No they dont Give any scholarship. to any students. I took a loan from bank of baroda.they dont give scholarship

Campus Life

Gender ratio is diverse 60% male and 40% male. There is diversity in culture as people all over from India come here. There is tolerance in each people. No ragging. no race or caste discremination. Economic statuts of student is mostly middle class to rich.

Alumni/Alumna

No alumni network. Seniors are co opeative and help ful. But alumni doesnt visit college. yes seniors guide us alot regarding placement process

Admission

First I gave Cmat exam and then I was shortlisted for the GDPI. The GDPI was held in april and the the results was declared in may. Pupil should atleast score 80%ile in qualifying exam. Then he gets call from college for GDPI. ITS A simple process. first I filled the form from college website in january which costed 2500rs

Faculty

Number of lecture is approximately 100 lecture per trimester. the average age of student is 25 years. They are experts as many of the faculty are from working professional and industry itself so they give us real life example while teaching. The visiting faculty is better than permanent.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

The Real College Life

I was admitted through CMAT examination. The minimum cutoff to qualify was 80 but I had scored 97.5%. The admission process consisted of GD followed by PI, with moderate level of difficulty. The fee structure last year was 14,00,000 for two years but for the current year they have increased it to 15,50,000 for the entire 2 years.
