Remarks

Faculty is good,environment is good.This is a girls college that is also a plus point. I know many Professors personally and my elder sister was also in this college. The timing is also good and I love the college campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Almost all of our faculties are exceptionally good. Our course syllabus is new syllabus and I personally think Prof. Madhumanti Ghosh and Prof. Arkadeepta Roy is best. Our college librarian is very good.He always helps us if we are unable to find any book.

Class Size: 170Course Fees: INR 2000 per year

Good. Trust me I dont have any idea because I am just a 1st sem student ok? If i had any idea i would surely say you guys m sorry to disappoint you all with your stupid questions anyways i really dont know what to say

College Events

Well actually very good. I have great friends and teachers and I really love going to college. Our college arranges holi parties,Saraswati pujas and other festivals are also celebrated. My college life is best and I've got friends to share my campus life.

Campus Life

We have a yearly sports event. We have a specific zone near office which is wifi zone. We have 3 library and have a huge stock of reference books. Labs equipments are also very good. As far as I remember we habe apple laptops and computers.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

Moderate College Life.

After HS I applied many colleges but I didn't got chance at the top notch colleges as they damand more marks than I got. After trying so many colleges I finally got admitted to this college.
