Remarks

I have not mouch tym to attend the college in a mornig or day.the college is evening shift.thats why i like the College.most.so i like college permises and teachers.teaching is so nyc.and special thanks to principal rk Pani.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties of this college are very supportive and helpful not only in study but in life also. They are well educated and many faculties are very experienced and many faculties are done his PhD or doing his PhD and the maximum teachers are from well known engineering colleges like ism Dhanbad (now iit Dhanbad),nit jamshedpur,haldia University,jadhavpur University,iiest shivpur (previously BESU) etc. their teaching techniques are good we get something easily.

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities are not up to the mark, because college is about 11km far from city chaibasa and it takes lot of time for the companies to come to college for recruitment.but companies like bhushan steel,Infosys,Tata Steel, ape automobile,Ashok Leyland etc. And many others companies come to college for recruitment.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarship for students who have annual income less than 1.5 lacks which is given by government of jharkhand.you have to submit a application in jharkhand government website and the required documents are income certificate, college Bonafide certificate and college results and passbook etc. the loan facility is also available.

Campus Life

Infrastructure of this college is very good, the campus of this college is awesome I like it so much. As the college is made in top of the small mountain the scenario of the surroundings are amazing.the college have separate buildings of all branches (but cse and ece are in same building). laboratory have good lab instruments and the library is also good

from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement there are lot of companies who used to visit our campus like microsoft gives 15 to 20 offer, amazon guves 13 to 15 offer , accenture gives a lot of offer like 30 offer and many more in recent year placement 64 lpa is highest and average of 12.5 lpa they use to offer forSDE role in last year 93.14percentage of total student get placed my plan is to get a full time job as software developer

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

I chose Chaibasa Engineering College because it is affiliated with JUT and the infrastructure is also good but one thing is that the college is on a hill due to which students have to face a lot of difficulties but there is no problem in this, besides the college provide chhatravritti to their students and my sister has also completed her graduation from this college.
