Faculty of electrical engineering was ok ok but overall exposure given by the college atmosphere helped a lot.

KCET. My rank was around 1000. I chose this College due to its reputation and good placement track record.

It was a mixed experience sone subjects were really good and sone were too average. I had chosen electrical and electronics engineering. My electives were fuzzy logic, advanced control systems, opamps and vlsi.

Didn't do any internship. In my Course internship was not mandatory so we skipped it. However i feel internship is necessary to get a feel of workplace and type of work before actually entering the workplace.

It's one of the best. Every top company visits the colleges and offers good packages. Most of the students have at least 2 offers. I had got my first placement offer by the end of 6th sem. And second offer at the start of 7th sem.

Jayciana - cultural fest Cyberia, tuxedo - technical fest. All these fests very pretty big. Alongwith this there were many other fests from different clubs. CSI club also had a very bIg fest.

It was very cheap for me aroubd 8k for year. I had a govt seat so the fees was low. I think the pvt seat was around 20k. Howver the paid/donation seats were very expensive.

Didn't apply for any scholarship. As i was fron defense background, i had got a scholarship of 5000 per sem from indian air force. Fees was as it is low so I didnt need more scholarship. There was no system of stipend.

I feel the co curricular activities had a great impact on overall learning. For me ieee membership and events very important as they gave a me a real time opportunity to learn latest and practical knowledge.

Hostel for was decent. Rooms were ok ok. Non veg was not allowed on hostel. Food was mostly South Indian. Sundays we used to get a special lunch but no dinner.

Since has a very good alumni which has been helping to maintain the colleges reputation.College seniors has been very supportive. They helped me from choosingvthe course to course materials to placement guidance. My college life i found that every student was very supportive.

It was ok ok. The examination pattern didnt was mostly based on solved questions of some text books. It generally didnt have any motivation for application of concepts.The checking of answer sheets was pathetic though.There was never any incentive for a novel approach.

Faculty of EEE is just average. Very few profs are well trained and experienced. In general profs focus is on completing the syllabus rather than ensuring that students understand the concepts well.
