I got in to the college through CET exam. My ranking was 59000. My friend told this college has excellent faculty so I choose this college. I choose medical electronics becoz that was evolving technology .
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was good and very new subject. Its a mixture of both electronics in medicine field so it was very much intersting. In summary we can tell medical electronics is the software and hardware of the equipments used in the hospitals.We had electives has dsp. Instrumentation and labs very good and practical approach to the equipments.
Internships Opportunities
We don't have internship programme in college. The placement cell is trying best to put the internship programme but currently they don't have.
Placement Experience
The placements and job opportunities are good we had number of companies like HP, Infosys and many other software companies coming in.
College Events
We had many events like college fest, technical ppt, sports. And intercollege programmes also.We had compitations like cooking, rangoli, anthakshari, makeup, colage, and many emerging new technology ppts.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is absolutely defined by CET and college is also very low not has high compared to other colleges.I got free seat in CET and had to pay around 10000 every year apart from college bus fare.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not sure of any scholarships facility in my college.But we can take loan from banks to study the course.
Alumni/Alumna
We have several alumni programme for seniors and also invite all the senior passed outs to the college fest and also to the ppt programme. We are always in touch with the college palcement cell and they help us alot in getting new companies and also job facilities.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is purely based on VTU. The exam is very strict. We had monthly internals and semester exams every 6 months.
Faculty
The faculty was very good they taught in detail and were very open whenever needed. They helped in ppts projects and also other intercollege compitations they also encouraged new technologies and gave time to dicuss on the same. They also helped with assignments and internals.
