About My Engineering College

In a simple way it's absolutely good College, it gives freedom to the students, compared to other colleges, very good environment for gaining knowledge.

I selected Electronics and Communication Engineering Course, It is fair & interesting course, relevant to the study of Electronic Components, Circuits &study of Communication, this course is related to both the Hardware & Software Companies, as study of Electronic Components useful in selecting Core Companies, which produces Integrated Chips & Circuits, & study of Communication leads to get employed in Many Government Jobs as Junior Engineer Post & also in Military Employment. I attended 2 Industrial Visits till 3rd year, the 1st Industrial visit that we gone was IITM Research Park, where I found lots of Innovations & Researches. My 2nd Industrial Visit was on Neyveli Lignite Cooperation, there we experience need of Communication Work get involved in mines.

Coming to placement percentage of my Department, they have showed minimum 70% passed outs, The Management also provides Placement Sessions from 2nd year Students, to gain the experience in how to attend a successful interview & to increase Communication level, management provides special sessions for the student, which is more tentative for every individual.

There are no cultural events has been celebrated in this college, as it is Muslims Minority Trust College, they provide Sports to encourage the students in their role in Extra curriculum, The college volleyball team is more popular among our Zone Colleges, they have won many prizes in zonal, district level competition

As i already mentioned its a Muslim minority Trust College, the fees is bit feasible, than other colleges, My Engineering Fee is 55,000/year and I stay in College hostel, it costs upto 60,000/year,Apart from that The college provides Transport services to all the Areas of Greater Chennai, & there is no Additional fees system

No I didn't opted for Any scholarships, as U don't come up with the situation of applying for Scholarships

The College Conducts Workshops on their Respected Departments, In Our ECE Department, the department conducted Intra Departmental Competition, where the Competition is conducted within our Department Students, It consists od Paper Presentation, Project Presentation, Circuits Debugging, Connection & Quiz related to Electronics, Our College organises Sports Day, in order to encourage the extra curricular activities for our students, they Conduct Football Tournament, Cricket Tournament, Basketball Tournament, Volleyball Tournament, Handball Tournament, Shuttle & Table tennis tournament, The College also organised Indoor Games such as Chess&Carrom

Our College provided only with UG Hostel, there is no hostel facilities for P.G Students (i.e MBA students), There are 3 Hostels available here, one for Engineering & Rest two for Architecture & Polytechnic Candidates

Yeah The College Conducts Alumni Get Together Meet every year, to get interact with the Students to provide a Presentation about their Experiences in Industries, & which Area students should concentrate.it is really helpful for degree pursuing students to get more idea about working in an industry.

I got admission in this college by submitting my Higher Studies Exams Marks with a Engineering cut off percentage of above 120. Before all I gone to Anna University Counselling, as i invited by a Call letter from Anna University to attend the Engineering Counselling, further I attended the Counselling & got list of colleges according to my Engineering Cut Off Marks, & then I selected this college

Our College Selects well experienced Staffs recruits from other reputed Colleges, in our ECE Department, we have staffs most of them have experienced in Core & IT industries which will be more helpful for us to engage with them, and gaining their experiences on industries which will useful while attending interviews.
