Remarks

There are limited Good and unlimited Bad in my college. If you ever need some experience go have a visit to my college. Never judge a book by its cover. The College looks beautiful from outside the reason i joined the college by its looks. But there is nothing beautiful for a student to complete his graduation. A big no for those who are reading my review.

Entrance Preview

I have not took any entrance test to be admitted in this college. I have paid donation to this college to secure a seat in engineering. The decision to join this college is not mine and the decision is took by my dad.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

It is 4 years course in which each year consists of 2 semesters. In the First year all the courses have the same subjects while from the 3rd semester the specializations different for each group in their respective branches.

Internships Opportunities

In reality there is no internship programmes in our college. It is just for a name sake. They prefer their students to gather their own resources in order to enter into such programmes but the college never creates such opportunity for the students.

Placement Experience

0.5

Placements are below average and the way the management handles the placements is disgusting. The students with high IQ and more skills are kept aside and the students who have a good reputation or more references from management are some how placed in the priority list.

College Events

1.5

There are two such events conducted when i studied. One is Colours Youth Festival which is a 3 day event. Other one is Tech-Fest which is a gathering of students from various colleges. Indeed students from various colleges show interest only in Youth Festival and not in the Tech-Festival. This is coz of management business strategy. During the Youth Festival the stalls and other entertainment programmes and even food stalls are auctioned to the students at mere highest prices one can never expect. They do not even offer basic amenities for those who purchase these stalls. Very pathetic by the college in celebrating such events. Frankly saying it is the students who contribute in lakhs and thousands of rupees to make this event success. But the management doesnot take a single penny out of its pockets.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Above abnormal If someone gets placed because of the entrance examinations the fee structure is according to the government regulations. If else the student gets a direct admission from the management by donating an amount of money then he is sued. An average course through management costs around 4 Lakhs for 4 Years and this may vary for the Computers department and ECE Department for ECE and Computers it may be near to 7-8 Lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Are you joking. There are no loans offered by college. They just accept bank checks and some government schemes of reimbursements. I think around in my 4th semester the government loan facilities are hung up and many of the students who are dependent on these loans are harassed by the college management by sending them out of college as they could not pay the fee.

Campus Life

3.5

Gender ratios are 50:50 both boys and girls. Extra curricular activites are very limited as till date its an BIG ISSUE if boys and girls roam together in the college. Now its your part to imagine what kind of culture our college has been adopted and imposing on students. Hostel parties are not encouraged. Class room parties are not encouraged. Our HOD took the cake and made a treat with it among the faculty members which is brought for a classmate birthday celebration. Imagination is your part now. Politics are enormous in our college and is entirely dependent on the caste basis.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

Hostel Facilities are not that bad. But the amount the management charges for the hostel is way tooooooo high. Can you imagine a student paying 60, 000 around 1 year of course just for the accomdation. And there comes the north indians who are being looted for some extra benifits and designery buildings. The food supplied to the north indians and south indians are way different.North indians will always be treated fairly and the locals are the one's who suffer most of the times.Food quality is the worst part. There is one thing i cannot figure out till today. I'm a person who can eat a huge amount of food in one sitting. I can easily gulp up a tandoori chicken in one sitting. But i cannot even complete a plate meal in the hostel. Halfway while taking a meal in the hostel i feel completed and no more. At the same time i was able to pump in food in huge quantities when i ate outside the hostel. This is a different logic which i cannot understand. The worst Food Ever.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are the best one's who share their experiences with the new comers and they make juniors habited to the college environment. They come to the rescue of the students in many a times when some new comers need them. Not only personally but also professionally they guide the students by advising which book to be read which material they need most what to do and what not to do what not so much help by the students among them.

Exam Structure

Not that frequent but the exam structure is good but not the best. There are many situations in which i saw some invigilators doing their best to pass their students or to make some of the girls to be topper in their batch. No one concerns about the knowledge of a student only looks of girls could pass them in internals and even make a failure girl to be topper in the LAB Externals. Ridiculous. There are many instances in which i missed the chance of securing the 1st place in lab examinations only because of the good looking girls. Such a pathetic moment.

Faculty

0.5

There are some faculty who have outstanding knowledge in what they teach but are ill-treated by the management of the college. There are many use less faculty who just pass time by hanging around in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.
