Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus and the course curriculum is up to date,most of the syllabus are as similar to IITs, industrial visits and vocational training are given to the students for their all round development. Classroom and lab are highly maintained and some branches has got the NBA accreditation.
Placement Experience
The placement senerio of the college is quite good,some students get pre placement before graduation, college have its own training and placement cell for making students familiar with the placement process, internship are given to students as per their choice, different branch have different percentage of placement, Branches like CS,IT,ECE, METALLURGY have good placement ratio.
College Events
College has its own technical and cultural events known as Sandhan and Bitansh respectively. participants from different college are also welcome for there participation in the events. Other events like sports,open mic and Various types of events are organised by the club's of BIT Sindri.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The best thing about this college is its fee structure, Annual fee of this college is about Rs 20000 excluding food and lodging. A SBI bank is inside the campus which facilitates the fee submission for students and provides loan to needy students. Scholarship are given to students via the alumni of this college,this is one of the best engineering college in term of return on investment.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college has scholarship scheme for poor or economically backwards students, despite of low fee it also provides loan to students, scholarship is based upon the merit list and income certificate.
Campus Life
Being an Engineering college gender ratio is 3:1,the campus is full of greenery and it has campus area of 400 acres. Different laboratory, workshop, computer lab, library, culture and technical clubs are present in the campus which ensures the extracurricular activities for the students.
Hostel Facilities
College has its own hostel for students, including PG total number of hostel are about 30 apart from this more number of hostel are under construction. Hostels are highly maintained, hygienic with all tym water and electricity supply, Hostel fee cost upto Rs 5000 per year.

Alumni and seniors are like family members of this college, interaction with senior helps students in their studies as well as carrier opportunity.Alumni are also in contact with the training and placement cell of this college which helps students for their placement.
Admission
This is the best state government engineering college of Jharkhand,JCECE and JEE are the entrance test through which the students get admission in this college. I am currently pursuing my btech in mining engineering because there is a good opportunity in Jharkhand for mining industry and college has good placement history of mining branch.
Faculty
Lecturer of this college are highly qualified,most of them are from IITs and NITs,they have good teaching experience which helps students for better understanding of their respective branch.Each department have their own lecturer,labs and Classroom for practical as well as theoretical knowledge.
