Remarks
College was very good in terms of sports and other extra curricular activities but as of academics it was average and placements were not upto the mark but we had enough freedom to explore new ideas and projects we had very huge library for developing our skills.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is mostly theoretical no real world experience. It would be mostly exam orientated to score marks without any practical knowledge and understanding of the concepts. So it was not interesting way of learning. You've to get minimum marks. So it's average curriculum
Placement Experience
You would be getting lot of service based companies for interview and interview process is moderate difficulty level. Very less people will be shortlisted
College Events
We'll be having two symposiums and few paper presentations conducted every semester. And few technical workshops will be conducted in pre final year and final year. Projects will be given in third year so it'll be an mini project. It has to be done in specific budget
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is not too much expensive it's quite affordable. Doesn't bite your pocket and certain people will get extra benefits if they're first graduate of his / her family. You'll be provided enough time to pay the fees and sports persons hostels are free so sports are given extra importance than any other field.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have availed education loan from the bank indian overseas which provided almost seventy percentage of my annual fee in the form of demand draft. In the name of my college
Campus Life
Gender ratio depends on the department in mechanical it would be totally men alone and my stream had more number of women than man. Men and women had separate hostels and extra curricular activities was available for both genders equally. So it was an healthy environment for both within the campus
Hostel Facilities
Yes, cost was around 38000 with food, four sharing rooms common toilets. Weekly thrice non vegetarian will be provided and food will quality will be average. And different cusiene is available for different people
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, my brother had studied here, he mentioned it's a quite good college which gives more importance to extra curricular activities than academics. So everyone can choose their own way of learning. We were given enough freedom to explore our interests
Admission
Through merit quota councelling conducted by government based on the marks acquired during our higher secondary education and it's based on mathematics physics and chemistry and computer science. And the cutoff mark to be scored is out of 200. So based upon the marks you'll be given specific college and stream
Faculty
Facilities are average to the extent. Where we would be given notes. Very vague way of teaching. So indepth knowledge is provided unless you're willing to go library and search for the content you want to learn and understand. Certain faculties will be liberal.
