BMSCE, The college you love

Needs to focus on the fee structure of both college fee and hostel fee, as it's not possible for some middle-class students family to give 4. 4 LPA including the hostel. They can increase the fee for Karnataka students as they charging only 70K from them.

For engineering the took three tests in each semester out of which the best of two are taken into the report, our college is too friendly that if you failed in semester exam they give you the chance for the make-up exam which they provide of you can't manage in sem, and if you can't manage in make -up exam the college gives you one more opportunity that is fast track exam which they fully complete. The syllabus in the vacation of June, July, yes the student have to reside in college only during June, July if they have a fast track that is failed in any subject but that is also if you failed in a maximum of 4 subjects in a year, if you failed up in more than four subjects than you have to face a year back.

We have a different placement cell in the college, the college had too many clubs, workshop, and all extracurricular things to boost up the student personality. I don't think the quantity and quality of clubs, workshops that BMSCE had, would be there in any other colleges in India, maybe even iits, nits don't have it. the college manages everything too smoothly.

As I told about college had the biggest college fest in all over south named as UTSAV where diff student shows there. own hidden talent, the kind of clubs, workshops our college have none other colleges in Bangalore had it. Our college also had two hostel festival each year named as RAFAGA and FAROUCHE where you can show your hidden talent, the seniors organise all the games your performances in it and award you accordingly, students can be there in college till midnight, to help in organising the events if they want. Help like painting the poster, decorating the college managing the stage and all.

Talking about the fee structure as normal braches like CSE, ISE, ME, CIVIL ML, BT TCE, ECE, had fees of 2. 3 LPA including maintenance fee and all, but Aerospace had a fee of about 1. 5 LPA including maintenance fee and all. This fee is for the non-karnataka student, but if you're a Karnataka student your lucky enough and have to pay about 70k per year including maintenance and all. In this case, they show some partiality, I don't know why the college is doing so. Even they take fees like 8 LPA(CSE) for students who take admission through Management Quota in the college.

Yes I have opted for a hostel in the college, I have taken a two sharing hostel room, as I suffocate to live alone, in the first year you can't get a hostel inside the college they provide you hostel outside the college of you taking new admission here I advised you to opt for hostel named as NBH-6, The college had a total of. 9 Boys hostel and 3 girls hostel, and 1 international hostel the hostel fee is too high according to what they provide which is a negative point of the college.

Seniors are too much helpfully in every aspect from teaching anything you didn't understand in class to developing your personality, when you have a shortage of money then also they help you. As we are away from our parents, relations, now our seniors are always there to take care of us whenever they eat anything they share it with the all nearby Juniors, they give parties to their Juniors.

COMEDK, Admission in BMSCE can be done through 3criteria that is through entrance exam which COMEDK for outside Karnataka, Hyderabad students and Through KCET fo student who belongs to Karnataka and Hyderabad. Another Process is through Management Quota or Donations seat where you have to pay the required amount for your particular course, branch. And the other criteria for admission here is through Minister Quota where seats are reserved for political peoples.

Our college timings are variable for variable year students but as a general first year student the timing is from 9:00 am to 1 pm which is quite a student friendly, we have total 4 lectures of 40 mins each in a day as normal, and we also have a lunch break from 11:30 am-12:20 pm, the tasty healthy lunch is done in college mess, Our college has maximum. top faculties from IIT'sMADRAS, IISC, PhD holders, The minimum experience for teaching in our college is 12 years, and the faculty must be post-graduate.
