About my college

It's an amazing engineering university in MP. Although it is ther in remote place which has little disadvantages like less exposure and no city life but with good on campus internet and placements support.overall it is good.

Jaypee being an autonomous institute has its own curriculum. It is quite relevant and included one elective of management courses in each semester. My college life was rigorous and competitive. Apart from academics, it provides me with various extra curricular exposure of literary, cultural, media, art and event. Industry specific knowledge was groomed by computer societies, electronics and mechanical committee. Yes, there were several industrial visits.

Placement drive lasts for several months where in various mass recruiters like cignizamt, TCS, Wipro, Infosys visits followed by startups and several business profiles companies also come. Additional my, student s are eligible to sit for placements in sister campuses in Noida and waknaghat.

There were variety of events hosted in college club, known as jaypee youth club. Which has 5 wings as literary wing, media wing, art and event, cultural and sports wing. There was annual cultural fest called as dequinox and sports fest as sangarsh, and tech fest as dextra which were open to inter college competition and participation.

Fee was slightly on a higher side of 8 Lacs for 4 yes but given quality of education and facilities esp infrastructure, labs and food, it was justified. No additional fees can secure admission. College provides complete transparency in terms of tuition fees, hostel fees, accomodation etc.

College did provide scholarship for students with very less family income. No category reservation was there.

Amazing 100acrees kush green campus with lake side to walk in the evening. Extracurricular had Haylee youth club and its wings as mentioned before. Gender ratio was mainted to an extent. Several competition and workshops used to take place from time to time.

Yes, being a closed campus Haylee has amazing hostels and intelligently built rooms with double, triple and quadraple sharing. Rooms are beautifully divided with walls of certian heights to provide privacy in sharing accomodation. They have huge mess and cafes with hygienic food.

Amazing alumni in Google, Microsoft, Amazon, byjus, fico and some start ups too. They are always ready to hel and support. Referrals are also given to students.

I got it through JEEMains. I wanted to pursue computer science engineering.Jaypee is certainly the best private university in MP, so right after JEE results came out, I had my form filled and went for counselling where Haylee has three universities in mp, Shimla and noida. I was selected for jaypee Guna mp campus.

Faculties mostly had a PhD in their subject. They were really strict and disciplined throughout the course. There were few IT professor with industry experience. And several others with research journals published. Networking and operating systems had great faculty. Also, jaypee guna is known for its amazing mechanical labs and acclaimed subject faculty.
