It is a govt college with a good name but with an old teaching methodology without an updated education system.

I don't think the curriculum groomed to provide industry-specific knowledge to the students. The curriculum of the university needs to be updated. now I realized the subjects which were thought in college most of the are not useful. even the subjects which were important were not taught in college.

The college has its own placement and training cell but I don't think any company uses to visit there for campus recruitment.

Kisan Mela is one of the known festivals of this university.it occurs every year and many people from villages use to come to college to get the awareness about latest technology about farming. Even in this Mela, u will get all the products related to farming at a reasonable price.

The fee structure is very feasible. since it is a government college so fees us very little of every course.it is good to get admission to this college in respect of fees. But not much fruitful in respect of career. Even many scholarship programs are there in this college.

I yes I opted scholarship during my post-graduation program through MHRD to To get a scholarship from MHRD U Need to qualify gate exam.

Cultural activities were there, No kind of discrimination is there in college on the basis of any religion, race, etc. For the growth of technical students, no such kind of extracurricular activities was their. overall I did not suggest technical studies to this college since it does not make you stand in a competitive world.

Yes, the Shivalik hostel which I got in 2nd year Was good. A single room is there with good facilities. The first-year hostel was in very poor condition if sometimes it threatens to me that might b its infrastructure may fall someday.

Few of the seniors are helpful and most of them did not concern about juniors. The interaction between juniors and seniors is not very healthy.

Through counseling, I got admission to college and the counseling criteria was gate score and the gate exam is organized every year by the IIT of India at the national level. The gate entrance exam is for mainly btech students. I opted for this institute since it is near to my home.

Faculty are noncooperative and most of the faculty are of old age and thats why teaching methodology is very old. Even the university doesn't have any software for the technical students for their practicing. as I told college and faculty do not make students technically sound.
