Course Curriculum Overview
The learning was practical and the staffs were well experienced. We were groomed in such a way that each and every one of us has a better future when we step out of the institution. Even though we didn’t have industrial visits, we had ppl from different business streams giving us lectures on how to excel in our curriculum.
Placement Experience
Eventhough we were the first batch, our principal made sure every one of them gets placed. We were conducted mock interviews, exams, and group discussions.
College Events
Symposium was conducted with almost more than 10 to 20 colleges participating in various events like paper presentations, general discussions on topics, fun events, etc. Guest lectures from various companies had come to give lectures on current technologies.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The payment was made through DD in the name of college, additional fees were collected but not too much as institution fees. We were given a receipt with the breakdown. There were no additional fees collected apart from the fee we pay at the start of the semester
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not opt for a scholarship. But our college had scholarship programs and we had a few ppl who took educational loans also.
Campus Life
There was no discrimination with respect to gender. We were allowed to talk and voice out our suggestions freely. The lab facilities were good. No sports activities were conducted. We were involved more in the curriculum than in extracurricular activities.
Hostel Facilities
As the college was present in the city limits, we did not have hostel facilities. We did not have a building for the hostel also on our campus.
Alumni/Alumna
We were the first batch so we didn’t have seniors. But we have alumni meet every other year and have been invited personally through phone calls from college faculties.
Admission
I selected the college through anna university counseling held for engineering courses. The admission was an easy process at college and We were the first batch. Infrastructure was pretty good to start. I opted for this course and college as it was close to my house.
Faculty
We had experienced staff for most of the major subjects in our curriculum. They held seminars and we were given live examples. They made sure we understand the problem and gave us the opportunity to showcase our talents in coding, seminars, discussions, etc.
