Choose Mewar Law Institute only as a last option

Management needs to upgrade itself and look at the realties outside.

There are basically two course BA. LL. B. (5 years) And LL. B (3 years). BA LL. B is an undergraduate program while LL. B. Is a post graduate program. Institute is affiliated to CCS university and course curriculum is approved through BAR council of India so as such this is not an issue. College location is also good as its reachable through metro from two sides. One most annoying thing about college is the crowd which takes admission in it. Most of the candidates here join just for sake of obtaining degree and not build a career. Although in recent days college has been trying to improve on to this but it cannot be done till management take in academically inclined candidates.

Some firms do come in college for placement but most students are on their own. They either start their own office or join someone on their own.

Feasible They charge 36 thousand per annum for LL. B. Course and 60 thousand per annum for BA. LL. B course. Apart from this you have to pay for value added course which is nothing but an extortion and is levied compulsory. They also take examination fees and if you have a viva subject then an additional fees is taken.

No I didn't avail scholarship or any sort of educational loan. But loans are provided and same can be talked about through reception.

Campus life is average. You'll get to learn practical things in life, as there is lot of politics going around. Everyday is like a war over there and you have to swim through it safely. So you'll learn lots of survival tactics. There are many sports and dance events organised regularly. Campus is equipped with a big auditorium, a basketball court, cricket pitch. PS : canteen is not good so prefer eating outside and there are lot of good quality eateries. Campus also has a oriental bank of commerce branch inside. Students as such are also average and if you are from a decent family then you have to remember not to pick up a fight with anyone.

No There's no hostel as mostly local students join this college the campus but there are lot of paying guests around at a reasonable rate, which can be opted by students. The hostel within the campus is for other institute of the same group.

Alumni network in this institute is not good and they are of not much help. You have to be on your own if you join this institute.

A small interview. Rest admission is given on first come first serve. Management just want to fill seats. One good thing is you get printed study material which is very helpful during exams. Admission usually starts from May beginning and lasts till July.

Faculty of college is good. I believe that there's nothing like bad faculty. It's always upto the student how much he or she extracts from the teacher. Rest faculty do try hard to work for institute but they are always bound by management and management has to change their mindset about education.
