Remarks

The college has a platform of good networking base yet lacking in providing enriching faculties for core subjects. College gives a feel of making a family away from home, since it's a 365days curriculum, and we treat each other with the sense of belongingness.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum is a mix of corporate exposure with 2 months of rollercoaster induction training which pays off really well through out the curriculum. The subjects of every specialization is updated as per the current industry needs and keeping up with the inclusion of general management subjects. The exam structure is basically based on continuous evaluation through internal surprise tests, presentation, assignments, quizzes and eventually with 50% weightage of external examination. The industry exposed faculties with Rich experiences are 50% and internal faculties are not upto the mark of the industry needs.

Placement Experience

4

My college has provided opportunity for summer internship to atleast 100% students till February end, out of which 90% who got internship placed before pandemic got hit. The scenario changed- yet, the placement team if the college did not have up, maximum of the students backed up with Virtual internship in form of Work from home and still, students are applying for internships.

College Events

3.5

Right from commencing of the college with traditional puja for successfull being of the batch, to full fleged respectful celebration of Eid, Maharashtra's most praised Ganpati Visarjan, Navratri, Diwali celebration, Gurunanak Jayanti celebration, New year party, Lohri, Makar sankranti and every other major festivals that students community conveys to the college is celebrated by entire college with the zeal and sense of belongingness. The major events were in a cyclical pattern of 1.5 to 2 months, namely- Aiyaswami Cup, Mini Aiyaswami Cup, Business Conclave, Drishti Cup, Convocation ceremony and much more. The platform for participating and coordinating is done in a transparent manner by the students in every festival, events, conferences, guest lectures etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As per the perspective from return on investment till before pandemic scenario, the fee structure is feasible and worth investing. But after the Covid 19 hit, the fee structure needs to be reduced due to certain parameters not being fulfilled. Presently, before pandemic, right from events, hostel, infrastructure, newspaper, magazine's, corporate guest lectures, workshop's, uniform, tuition fee, IT fee, Examination fee etc justified the fee structure. But after pandemic scenario, student community is in dilemma for fee structure due to certain parameters not being fulfilled.

Fees and Financial Aid

Self financing the college fees. Availed no loans. Yet, the students who've opted for loans are fetching easy availing through any banks, and college has tieups with few banks too.

Campus Life

4

With an edge to have 1:1 ratio towards gender equality, our college has diversity of students belonging from every states and every background. The college is a clear picture of mini India, where we celebrate every festivals and traditions of every diverse community. The cultural events are completely driven by students efforts and participations in events like debates, dances, singing, sports, business presentations, quizzes,m etc. that gives them complete practical insights of managing the events including the logistics and financing of the events. The well equipped labs, volleyball and basketball court, swimming pool etc speaks the infrastructure if the campus. There's a anti-ragging cell and there is zero tolerance for ragging in the college. Seniors are friendly enough that no such cases ever come up.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

No, I did not opt for college hostel. Yet, college has three sharing rooms for girls and boys hostel and the rooms are in the form of clusters i.e, in one cluster- there are 4rooms. The rentals for hostel is approx 67000 without food. And the timings for reporting to the hostel is 9:20pm sharp. The discipline is too stringent, no late comings are entertained.

Alumni/Alumna

The college has more than 15000 Alumni's network. There are particular guest lectures organized by the college to make us network with Alumni's. They have always shown up as a helping hand for us whenever we need any sort of help. They're always ready to connect through Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook for any insights we need and any help.

Admission

The exposure provided by the college was briefed by my alumni friends and cousins. I appeared for CMAT and registered for GD PI process of the college. While the process was conducted by coordination of senior batch, directors and faculty members of the collection in a crystal transparent manner. The directors and senior's briefed about the unique 365 days stringent curriculum and the basic 3D's of College. Followed by smooth conduct of first round was GD and Extempore. The evaluator set the right context of the discussion and every student was given an opportunity to show up their skills and thoughts.

Faculty

3.5

The external visiting faculties are the ones who have exquisite experience and industry knowledge with practical insights. The Internal faculties are as per academics knowledge and less of practical insights. The 365days curriculum of the college is having 5lectures daily and having a mix of lab lectures and one in a week- general awareness quiz and aptitude tests. The faculties are completely open to students and directors as well. The directors are even giving lectures of key subjects apart from managing the college. If students are not satisfied with particular faculties, students are open to speak upto the academics department for change in faculties. The academics department do the needful.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.
