College journey

It is an esteemed college in which faculties had sound knowledge and it always strive for excellency

Course curriculum was tough becoz we were the second batch to anna university to which my college is affliated and exams were difficult you could nt predict where the questions were taken. Industrial visit arranged in hyderabad. The course made us a brilliant students.

When i was studying, there was only off-campus placements. But college arranged placement cell section in which lecturers trained students very well to place the students in the off-campus interview which was taken place nearby colleges.nearly 60 to 70 % of students was placed in tcs,cts,wipro to name a few.

In my college especially annaul day function was celebrated without fail in every year february month, freshers party was celebrated at the time of first year student coming to the college on their first day of college in that party some instruction was given to the students about insight to the course and college and departmental carnivals

As i joined the college via single window system, the fees came at that time rs.40000/- per year and during the exam time additional fees for attending the exams had to be paid per subject 300 rupees. The college administration always maintained the transparency about fee-breakdown.

I availed educational loan in a nationalized bank in my home town, which i got on my own by submit my diploma certificate.

The college is located in rural area where you can enjoy the idyllic village life.college has nice surroundings with a lot of coconut and mango trees.canteen,stationery shop and internet centre are available in the campus itself. Students were predominately from kerala and tamil nadu.

I stayed in outside the college campus and i rented a house with a few classmates which is 2 kms away from the college and the place is nearer to main area so i could get anything i wanted to purchase.

When i left the college, they created an alumni association and collected for that. There was no interaction with seniors and activities regarding alumni association.

Ece course was very popular among students then.that's why i choose this course and coimbatore was the nearest to my place so i was searching the college to do this course in coimbatore where karpagam college is in myleripalayam village and its infrastructure is absolutely fantastic.

Some lecturers had industrial experience and joined the college at the time i enrolled into this college. Faculties had sound knowledge in terms of subject and laboratory. Becoz of their guidelines, we became a brilliant students. Without them, i could not have completed the course.
