I love My College environment

College Management has been helpful in any case of help required by the students, medical facilities are as well provided in house. Also they have tie ups with reputed hospitals of the town.

The course curriculum designed by the university includes all areas of the expertise required by an individual for their professional growth. It includes practicals, Industrial Visits and journal readings. Another important aspect of it was the final semester includes a project work in which the students have to work on industrial research. On placement campus rate entirely depends on the course one has opted for.

When i was about to reach my final semester, there were interviews conducted in our college in which industrial research workers showed interest and taking interns among the interns. Also when we were approaching the end of final semester few companies conducted interviews for the employees that they wanted to hire. There were recommendation gives to some of the students for them to get placed.

There were cultural events and fun activities conducted. The celebration of days like independence, republic etc also were encouraged. They had health conferences and community fests for the students.However due to the gravity of the course not much things were allowed for master level student when compared to Graduation students. Annual sports were also a part of the activities conducted.

In Total for two year M.Sc Program Symbiosis School Of Biological Sciences charges around 3.5 Lac rupees.The fee was comparatively higher than any other institute across India, This was due to the infrastructure that they posses. The charges were for highly advanced lab facilities and equipment that were for the laboratories.

The scholarship that students could avail were not at ease. It included consistency of results obtained with minimum marks for about 90%. Also had a policy of considering the students participation in co-curricular activities. Based on the number of factors a rebate was to be given to students.

Well the campus life symbiosis offers in amazing,its a fun college.the gender ratio was pretty similar not much difference. Talking about diversity, it was a very multi cultural environment. It was very inclusive being gender fluid and androgynous was initially a challenge to me but soon the peers open their arms and accepted the way i am and infact helped me to cherish it a lot.

No i have not opted for college but however the students who stayed in the hostels were always happy about the facility. The rooms were tidy and clean, had good maintenance. Three students were given one room with separate beds.

Well the senior were helpful, they have helped us to understand the way how to go about in our studies, also many of us still together because of the whats app group and Facebook group.

They conduct an entrance exam, which once cleared, It is entirely based on the subject knowledge of the person. Later the candidate is called for an interview. During this PI the faculty checks on the knowledge of the subject as well as the willingness to learn. Post which the lists of selected students is taken out.

Lectures conducted through out the day for my course were about 5 lectures, one hour each session. The topics were taken by highly experienced faculty as they are senior research associates in the institute. The expertise they carried were great and had subject knowledge in depth. the students could clear their doubts anytime, as the faculties were immensely approachable. The lectures also had a background of working at industrial level.
