Industry exposure

Only bad thing is area and transport facility. Rest everything is perfect.

It was execellent, the best part was that the college focus more on case studies and industry exposure than the books and in real life it helped me alot as in any difficult situation at my work I see it as a case study and write down the problems, things in hand and how can I get to the solution.

During my placement year, the management was changed and the placement team was dissolved. I got the internship through a faculty's connection and did not get placement through college.

Hostel day Every festival Fest Welcome party Farewell Alumeet We used to call ht media and celebs also. Depends on the funds from the sponsors. In our first year we prepared a plan for management fest at college and presented it to the director with which he was very imoressed.

6. 5 lacs fees + hostel Fees can be submitted through cheque or cash or account transfer No additiinal fees. This includes flight ticket of foriegn internship. Visa you have to manage by urself. They give brochure in which every thung ismentionrd including the fees breakuo.

Campus life was good but the location could have been more secure as it is in outskirt area of gurgaon and for travelling we had to plan very well as there was no travelling facility available from outside the college upto 1 km. We were told that we will have cab facility from college but most of the times it was not available.

Yes Hostel rooms were like any oyo hotel rooms. With ac, table chair, mattress, almerah, mess, tv in acommon room, common iron, geezer etc The only thing which was poor was the canteen as mess team wasmanaging the canteen and we ueed to sometimes get the same food in canteen aswell.

Seniors were good and helpful. They used to help us in college assignment and also invite us in their parties.

I got a call from the sales dept. I enquired about few things on call itself like fees, do they consider only CAT or open for MAT as well and placements. Next day I visited the campus which was beautiful and they had an excellent professors list. One person from the marketing team showed us the campus and then called us again the next day for the interview. it was 2 rounds, 1 with the placement coordinator and 2nd with the director. After getting the result after half an hour we submitted the fees and came back.

During my 1st year - I used to have 3-4 lectures per day and in 2nd year - I used to have 1-2 lectures only. Marketing- Dr. Bhawna syal- she was 3 out of 5. She was around 35 years old and very friendly. Mr and mrs manocha iit delhi and iim ahmedabad passout couple for marketing- they have a very unique way of teaching. They give you case studies and drag you down to see your thinking capabilities. They used to tell us that this is the way how iim students are being taught.
