Entrance Preview

On the basis of 12th result I got selected. It was the best commerce college of ahmedabad. I opted commerce as my career and this college is best for commerce studies .

This college is affiliated with Gujarat University. There are total 6 semester in 3 years of graduation . Each semester consist of on and average seven subjects.

Internships Opportunities

This is a commerce college . So no campus recruitment is their and so no any stipend . Yes I think they offer campus recruitment facilities to the masters of commerce people.

No. Their is not any facility of campus recruitment as I have written above when I was studying . So I don't have any knowledge of company or packages.

College Events

HL college is well known for its cultural events and many more festival celebration. However it's not a technical college so do not expect any technical festivals but they usually organise some industrial visit.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is a not a self finance college so do not expect very high fees . For boys it is around ?1300-1500 per semester and for girls it is around ?500-600.

Their is not any requirement of loan , so no loan facility available I think . Yes their is a scholarship for some brilliant students who deserve scholarship.

Campus Life

Campus life is very good. Boys to girl ratio is around 5:3. No hostel so no parties. Their is very good opportunity for sports lover in this college. Computer lab facility is also their. Yes debates and many competition are also their.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni is very good and senior are very cooperative no doubt good college , goog staff , alumini is good any many cultural program are organise by alumni . Seniors are also very good.

Exam Structure

Internal exam is taken in October and March of every year . In October their is internal exam and then in December of same year their will be university exam .Internal of 50 and external of 100 marks.

Faculty is very good and very experienced . Maximum of faculty members are working here from last two decades .Some of them are not much experienced but they have good knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the reasons that i got attracted to this college was the real life based curriculum. The faculties made sure to implement and involve such courses and Lab based subjects so that we are job-ready from the very first day. All the softwares used in corporate world and offices were included in our learnings semester after semester.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements probably after the 6th sem. Companies visiting including TCS, axis Bank, Hdfc bank and firms from finance sector . The highest package being 5.5 lacks and the average being 3 lacks while the median being 2.7 lacks. The total offers made in 2025 are approximately around 50 to 60. Profiles offered are marketing and accounting and maybe 50 to 70 percentage students being placed and rest being at their own. My plans after this course is to countinue further studies in the same field

Placement Experience:

I am not very, very sure about placements, but the institute does provide quite good placement of an average of seven lakhs per annum. if a student does not want to take placement, there are various opportunities for him/ her, he here, she can go for masters like MBA or CMA or maybe CA as well . the subject taught at the Institute are very good from Masters perspective.

Placement Experience:

4/5 semester students become eligible for campus placements. In placement, they get many companies like all the insurance companies. He gets a placement with an insurance company in which they need around 10 students. Out of all the companies, the highest package he was given was 180000 for the whole year. I want to start a business after college.

Best collage for commerce student

Remarks:

As per my experience these college is very feasible for the middle class student and they provide very good education at low price. Which is positive remarks. Negative remarks can be of infrastructure.
