Good experience, average college.

Overall Delhi Technical Campus,Greater Noida is a good college. If you don't get any other private college inside of Delhi and you are getting college only on the outskirts than you can surely go for it. Believe me this is the best private college of IP university compare to all the colleges located on the outskirts of Delhi.

The quality of teaching is Good.Teachers are really punctual and knowledgeable.College administration keep a check on teachers. Some teachers are really good and caring while few are strict.We are asked frequently to fill a feedback form and give rating of our teachers. Well My college is affiliated to GGSIPU and I believe whole university curriculum should be updated.I don't think what we study in IP makes us job ready but one can surely take different courses through online resources anytime. The percentage of exam is divided into two parts- 75% for external exams (University based) and 25% for internal exams (College based).

The placements are average one.If you are a good student i.e.(score decent CGPA,indulge yourself in extra-curricular activities,take extra-courses which are not in curriculum but are required for industry) than you won't find any problem in getting placed.Companies like Byju's, Extramarks, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capegemni etc. do come for campus and pool placements almost every year and most of the students get placed.The highest package was 16lpa and average was around 4lpa while few good students easily got a package 10lpa.

Campus life is really good one because we do have many cultural activities, fests, seminars , workshops, industry visits etc.We also have societies and clubs like Cesta (Computer club), Awaaz (publishing), Avansh (Dramatics), Artistia (Art) and so on. The annual cultural and technical fest of college is Vikiran and of University is Anugoonj. We also have Diwali Mela for celebrating Diwali, and sport meet. There are some technical events too like Quiz, Hackathons etc. which are held atleast once a semester. Lots of students participate in these events.

The academic fee for entire course of BTech is around 4.5 lac (i.e. around Rs. 1,10,000 per year). I believe that is feasible because it is almost same as any other private college affiliated to IP university.

We have one basketball court ,one volleyball court,one badminton court and one small football ground.The college has good laboratories which are well equipped.Library is an average one.We also have societies and clubs like Cesta (Computer club), Awaaz (publishing), Avansh (Dramatics), Artistia (Art) and so on.We do have many cultural activities, fests, seminars , workshops, industry visits etc, which are arranged frequently.

I haven't opted for Hostel, and moreover we have good transportation facility ( college bus services) still the only problem which one can face is it's location which is Greater Noida. It takes around 1.5-2 hours depending on where your house is located if you are coming by public transport.

Every year companies like Byju's, Extramarks, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capegemni etc. do come for campus and pool placements and most of the students get placed. So, therefore we do have a good alumni network and seniors are helpful.

The admission for BTech in DTC, takes place through GGSIPU counselling round.Only those students who get allotment letter of GGSIPU on the basis of their JEE Mains rank are admitted to DTC, however their are few seats reserved for management quota students as well. I choosed computer science as a career option over other because of my passion towards computers.
