My Review

I like my college. I'm happy that I was admitted in this college as I liked the course curriculum a lot and the pattern of the exam questions. In this tough time also they are doing their best to manage the placements, the curriculum ans everything simultaneously.

Yes the course curriculum is very relevant and upto the best. The curriculum is designed in such a way that the student doesn't need to mug up the things rather he should be practical in the concepts. Yes the curriculum was based keeping in mind that all the latest technologies are covered. The thing that lacked was that there were no industrial visits for the students.

Many well known companies visit the college throughout the year to hire candidates like Morgan Stanley, Delivery, Wignify, Adobe, Amazon, DE Shaw, Grofers, InterviewBit, and many more. In the recruitment drive first the online round needs to be cleared then on the same day the interviews Will be conducted depending on the company's requirements. There is 100% placement from our college. Yes before the commencement of the placement they are involved in enhancing the aptitude skills. There is one downside that once placed with a package of above 4 you are not allowed to sit for other companies. Only allowed for super dream companies like Amazon and Adobe.

Many events like Cyber Srishti, the technical fest of JIIT, Impressions, cultural fest of JIIT, and many other fests like garba night, ethnic night, fresher's party, literary fest, MUN arr held in the college. In the cultural, technical and literary fest anyone from outside the college can also participate.

The program fees is 1. 3 lakhs annually and department fees is 70000 annually. Mode of payment can be online or you can make a DD then at the time of registration submit to the registrar office. Yes for securing the admission to your course DD of 50000 needs to be submitted. Yes there is transparency in the fee breakdown.

No I haven't opted for any scholarship or education loan. The college didn't provide any scholarship.

Gender ratio for girls to boys is 2:5. Students can party in their rooms for birthdays and go outside for the same. There are extracurricular activities also like robotics, muns and students do actively participate in them. There's is no discrimination amongst the students for race, religion, sex, politics. Students and teachers are very friendly with each other. A good bond is shared amongst all.

There is not much interaction with the alumni but with the seniors we do interact a lot. A lot of guidance is given from them regarding the projects, faculty, placements and how to survive in a college in the best way. Seniors have helped me in getting placed in a good company.

I have got the admission through my Jee mains rank i. e. around 46000. With this I was able to get admission in CSE course. The cse seats were filled till 62000 rank. Counseling needs to be attended by the candidate in the college itself. Preference would be given to the candidates whose mains rank is lower.

There were around 50 lecturers in my course and they mainly fall under 30-55 range of age. Mostly the teachers have done B. tech and M. tech from Tier 1 & 2 colleges. They are involved in research and development and attend multiple conferences, seminars and workshops on trending technologies. Some of the teachers are very excellent in their domain which helps in delivering quality content to the students in their subjects. Yes some of the teachers did hold industry experience.
