Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is a course-planning tool. It helps the instructor prepare and organize the course. It describes the course goals explains the course structure and assignments, exams, review sessions, and other activities which required for students to learn the material. It conveys to students a clear idea of the course content and the knowledge they will gain throughout the course. It gives students room to do extensive practice in the form of various problem sets, homework and subject oriented assignments.
Placement Experience
The Training and Placement department (TAP) is an integral part of VVCE connecting students of BE, MTech and MBA and also the various departments. The department has the best infrastructure for the smooth conduction of training and placement activities. The department works in close co-ordination with the Industry Relations Executives and the Department Placement Coordinators (DPC) which comprises of both students and faculty members nominated from individual departments. The department has been instrumental in providing necessary skill set to all UG and PG students to develop their employability skills, leadership qualities and personality development.
College Events
In our college every year many cultural program arrange by college and every student participate in this program also arrange sports game for student and also every festival celebrate in our college in every month our college arrange program for various type of compilation like debete compitions.
Fees and Financial Aid
VVCE earmarks Rs. 25 Lakh every year for needy as well as meritorious students. Each scholarship is of Rs. 25, 000/-. Students may apply for this scholarship after their admission.
Campus Life
But I would like to tell you that this list is valid only when you are preferring a college over branch selection. I totally agree to the answers above where they state the fact that students are running behind college brand rather than their choice of branch. Branch should be the top most priority for any student as it is directly related to your interest. Because always remember that you might get placement from a branded college but in later part of life you might feel that your work is not of your liking and preference.

Admission
It is one of the best colleges in Mysore with a good campus and good faculty and the atmosphere in the college is very nice. It has all types of extra curriculum activities. Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is one of the prestigious engineering college in Karnataka, also know as VVCE Established in 1997, has grown in leaps and bounds since inception. VVCE is an autonomous university and recognised by the government of Karnataka. The college is under the able leadership of Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda as Principal, who has rich experience in industry and education field both in India and abroad.
