Overall the college is above average to good. I have given the above remark because the fees is a little too high.

The course and exam pattern are well structured. The course will take you to indepth analysis of the basic theories that are followed by HR professionals. Not only they keep the track of all theoretical concepts but also the course is well aligned with SHRM which is the most prestige forum foe HR professionals.

A lot of cultural programs, 10 festivals, sports fest- which last almost for 2-3 months, different art competition and many more. Cultural event- waves- section war - includes dance, singing, drama competition Sports- SPEED- Cricket, tt, football, badminton, basketball Meraki- art event- celebration of different forms of arts.

The fees is little high. It's a burden if you have taken the loan but if you belong to a well to so family then that's okay. They ask you to pay alumini fees whichever is approximately 20000. All the courses fees is almost the same. Last year they took people to Dubai wherein they charged separately for that.

No I didn't apply for any scholarship. I scored 86 percentile so I wasn't eligible for it. If you have scored 90 percentile or you are among the top scorer in college them you can earn the scholarship of upto 90 percent of the tution fees.

They have toastmasters club. Anyone can join the club. The club is for improving public speaking. The club sometimes organises debate competition. They also organise MUNs. The gender ratio of PGDM-HR is around 1:2 where 1 for boy and 2 for girls. You would get to hear about some or the other competition everyday.

Yes. The college hostel is mandatory for everyone. Nobody can be a day scholar. The college is located at an isolated place but all the essential items can be found in the college itself. They have one store of essential items and 4-5 vendors for food.

Yes. The college alumini often come as guest lectures and sometimes as recruiters. College alumni helps in making college successful. College has a strong alumini network. They stay in touch with their alumini as sometimes they prove to be a big source of assistance.

I gave CAT exam wherein I achieved 86 percentile. Post exam results, I applied for T. A. Pai Management Institute which is also known as TAPMI. The form asked me a few details which includes my basic details and my previous academics records. Later on I received a mail wherein they confirmed my name and asked me to appear for interviews. I went and gave separate interviews for different courses that the college offers. After a few days, I got a mail wherein they told me to check the results in their website.

Pedagogy, Research paper, experience and class engagement. These are the some of the basic criteria by which I assess the faculty of my college. The professors come prepared in class. A lot of focus is being laid in clasa participation. The college believes tht this type of pedagogy helps in better learning.
