About my college

To impart to each student broad skills of learning to learn, learning to think and learning to live. To reinforce core values of integrity, respect for all, and care for environment. To disseminate and advance knowledge in the emerging fields such as Information Technology, Nanotechnology, etc.

Six - Years Integrated Course. The program offered by the RGUKT consists of a six year integrated course after 10th class examination leading to a B. Tech. degree. The first part of the six-year course is a two-year Pre University Course (equivalent to (AP) Intermediate) followed by a second part of four-year Engineering Course. At present the pre-university part of education offers premature specialization in tracks such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Life sciences (equivalent to MPC + BiPC). By bringing students in to the University at an earlier stage we hope to impart a broad based.

Placements in our college are good. Our students are doing internships in Wipro, Amazon, etc. The highest salary package offered was 13. 5 LPA in the year 2016, and the average salary package offered was 3. 6 LPA. Students are working in Google company as a Java developer. Our students are mostly placed in Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. IB hubs recently offered internships to approximately 300 students.

Labs and library available in our college are efficient and prominent for every engineering course. Our campus is the best. Cultural and technical fests are organised in a proper manner. Sports events and inter-campus meets are also conducted properly.

Our college provides facilities like labs, classrooms, a library and a good Wi-Fi facility. Facilities available in the hostel are good. Quality of food served is moderate. Medical facilities are extraordinary. Games and sports facilities are good now, and they are also striving for excellence.

I opted for this course because I like computers and technology. We celebrate many fests and festivals like Vinayakachaviti, Christmas, Deepavali, etc. We have student recreation centers. Every Sunday we have an outing to visit nearby Gandi Anjaneyaswami temple. Our campus is surrounded with full of nature. All the fee is paid by our state government but if your father is a government employee you must pay the fee.

Our college provides 24x7 power, water supply, and Wi-Fi. In the hostel, a room is shared by 2 students only. We have a hospital in our college for the first purpose. There are 4 canteens on campus, 2 auditoriums, and 2 cricket grounds. We have 8 dynamic messes and students can go to anyone of the mess to eat.

Facilities available in the hostel are good. Quality of food served is moderate. Medical facilities are extraordinary. Games and sports facilities are good now, and they are also striving for excellence.

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), named after the former Prime Minister of India, is located in Nuzvid, Andhra Pradesh. The university is offering 6 years integrated B. Tech program in six major branches & M. Tech in Computational Engineering. RGUKT also offers Ph. D. in various disciplines. Admission to six-year integrated B. Tech courses is offered on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling. M. Tech admission is based on a valid score in GATE. Candidates have to appear in a Written Test followed by an Interview to secure admission in Ph. D. program. CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ JRF/ GATE or any other equivalent examination qualified candidates are also eligible to apply for Ph. D. program. Application forms are available on the official website of RGUKT.

Faculty members in our college are excellent. They are from top IITs in India and top colleges in India. They are very good and always helpful to students. They always encourage students' talents. Our curriculum is very advanced and it's good enough for placements.
