Our College management is directly under Palai diocese. Well qualified Priests ensures all facilities in our campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

We had visited Kerala veterinary research centre Pookode, Wayanad. We had received so many campus recruitments. Bright students got Job in reputed companies with good salary. Commerce students did visit important companies during their study tour. Zoology students did visit Biotechnology labs during their tour.

Federal bank, South Indian bank, Wipro, Reliance Jio etc are doing campus recruitments in our college.

College Events

In our college so many cultural and social days celebrate our students. When the college reopens, senior students do a welcome function for the freshers. We celebrate Onam, christmas, Ramsan together. We do college Art festival and Sports festival once in an year. We do a wonderful Annual program in last months of an academic year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

BPL students can claim Scholarships. Different types of scholarships available in our college. Students who scored 95 percentage above marks in Plus two exam can claim a Kerala Govt scholarship. Minority students will receive Post metric scholarship from central Government.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have applied for Postmetric scholarship. I received 2, 500 rupees in an year. It was very helpful.

Campus Life is good. ST thoams have a eco friendly campus. So many big trees covers land area. Sports ground is well maintained and have a football and cricket court in it. World class Swimming pool and indoor sports complex also available in our college.

Hostel Facilities

College have its own Hostel facility. College Hostel located near to college library and its name is CHRIATHURAJ. Well maintained vintage hostel. So many students lived and shared their life there. We are welcoming to our hostel.

Alumni people helped a lot to improve our college infrastructure. Alumni people give a detailed information about campus, canteen, library, indoor stadium and swimming pool.

Plus two qualified students have a great opportunity in ST Thomas college Palai. Have excellent faculties in Science, commerce, language and arts. Those who are good in english can choose Communicative english course. If any one interested to study in ST Thomas, they should register an application in MG university single window website. College also ensures separate Hostel facility, Gym, Swimming pool, Civil service academy and discipline.

Excellent faculties available at ST Thomas college Palai. Teachers have decades of experience and highly qualified. 70 percentage of faculties did Philosophy in doctorate or Master in philosophy. Each and every faculty is monitored and governed by the principal himself. Each department has a separate Head of the department ( HOD).

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chemistry is one of the main subject in whole science and it contains practical along with theory.I preffered this subject because I don't really into bookish learning.It offers skilled learning also.Exam timing was relevant for a paper 2.30 hours and 60 marks for main subject and 80 mark for language.

ST Thomas College, Thrissur - King of Placements and Academics in Kerala

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. Our college has the best placement cell in kerala. Around 30% students are placed each year in our college. Companies like federal bank, infopark invites students from our college for their interviews. The degree mark is not considered, all we have to is just pass the subject and obey the rules of the placement cell.

I choose this course because it is rare and it have high potential in national as well international level. But in this college they don't have enough facilities to teach so it won't prepare a student for real-world application. They should include seperate good lab facilities for environmental studies,need permanent teachers and placement activities should be provided.
