Honestly speaking, after not qualifying for IIT, I started my hunt for the best private college in Rajasthan and I came to know about this university. Like every other person at first, I also googled for 'Best private engineering college' and the Poornima ad came up, but that's not enough to choose an institution because I was gonna spend my precious 4 years of life and my future, dependent on the college I choose, so I researched more and I got positive reviews from everywhere. Now as I have completed one year in this institution I can say that my decision was not wrong. The admission process is very simple, there are no such criteria but yes, to avail scholarship is merit-based on 12th exam marks. Since we all know that Computer science is one of the most popular choices among people because its worth it and its the demand of the future, plus I literally had the interest so I choose this course, Also Poornima university provides CS with specialisation of cloud computing and info security which makes it more appealing. Course curriculum is well taught both theoretically and practically. Faculty, i'll not like is really understanding and supportive provided if you are a good student. In my cs cloud there are 42 students so ratio is nice no issues there. Speaking of exam, well Attendance criteria is very strictly, you have to maintain 75% else you maybe debarred from exam and about difficulty of exam, you are a consistent student it would not be that hard but if you are last moment study type person you may have to face back. Since they have collab with iNurture teaching method is upto the mark.

Placement is really a big concern while choosing a college. Speaking of Poornima University, you'll get your chances for sure now it is more dependent on the student. University tries to provide you well with every opportunity possible. I have seen many of my seniors getting placed and some not totally depending on the type of student. They have recruiters including TCS, IBM, WIPRO, Capgemini, Infosys, pinnacle infotech, cure.fit, doubtnut, etc. Highest package of 12.02 LPA offered to a Civil student by Jaro education phase- II Avg package of 3-4 LPA. My plan after getting the degree is to fetch a nice campus placement because that would the starting milestone of my career and later excel in my field.

Speaking about fees, I'll be very clear on this because most often we judge by reading the course fee well its more than that. Apart from the tuition fees, there are many other things like The development fees, administrative fee, one-time annual fee, exam fee, Dress charges, activity charges. Well, its one of the con of being in a private university is that they never clearly tell you about any charges at the time of admission. The admission form fee will be taken at my time it was 1500. An administrative fee 10,000 and a caution fee (one time) 5000 will be taken at the time of admission. Apart from the tuition fees (A), development fee(B) will be taken into account, to sum up, your annual fee. The dress charges are 3200. At the time of the exam, an exam fee of 1500 will be taken. College life is really nice, University has a well-optimized state of the art infrastructure. There is a large Central park we call it CP, a very peaceful place to chill out with friends, Also they have a football ground, basketball court, volleyball ground, and American football ground is on progress. Greenery is maintained well. Speaking of events, they organize pretty cool events like there is an Annual event named Lakshay and it is really awesome! It takes place around Jan and Feb month. You will find many events and competitions. On fest and event, you can really rate them 9/10. Events are cool and fun. Apart from event university have many clubs like dancing, theatre, and literature, photography. Speaking of sports and extracurricular activities I think it's just not questionable its too good. classrooms are well ventilated and spacious, no issues there. The library is very nice they have a really good collection and it's well maintained.

There are many options to choose for accommodation depending on your choice and affordability. There are different room categories and they have their respective charges. options available are 2 seated without air cooling for 79,000, if you pay one time its 75,000 2 seated with air cooling (Ducting room) for 87,000. one time 83,000 2 seated with air-conditioned for 1,30,000, one time 1,20,000 2 seated with ac and attached toilets for 1,40,000. one time 1,30,000. One can also choose a single room by paying an extra 10,000 for non-air-cooled 15,000 for air-cooled, 20,000 for an AC room. Mess food is nice, it might vary to people but the general opinion is it's okay. Tea is provided both time morning and evening. Sunday night, a special meal is prepared including a sweet dish Evening snacks are really good because after coming from an exhausting day a good snack cheers one up. if you choose not to take hostel, PG is also available nearby!

There is no as such criteria, but on merit scholarship is given, also scholarship amount varies on first come bases.
