Biotechnology department

I suggest for girls hostel within the campus are there is for boys. Also the placement cell of science departments are not so good.

The course being taught is the same as in all the other colleges. The practicals are done very well and teachers are cooperative. The labs done here are a great source of knowledge and improves our way of learning. I even find the teachings of my college better than other when I went for an internship and came in contact with many other undertaking the same course from different colleges. The placement cell is not so good for our department but it's better for the commerce department (all of them). Not many of the science/pharma companies visit our college.

I did an internship program in Lucknow in MRD life sciences. It's a compulsory part in our syllabus to work on a research project anywhere and gain knowledge and experience to the work being done around the world. It was really a great experience. I did my project on "Genomics and Proteomics". The placement cell as I mentioned earlier is not so good for our department it's good for the commerce department and for IT department.

The main event i. e. college fest is celebrated beautifully in our college. The rest events are sports having various race, jump, cricket league between various departments. Vollyball competitions, basketball competitions, football matches are held in the college. People take part in this too and the spectators enlighten the event with motivating their favourite teams.

The fee str of our college is feasible and there is no difficulty in paying the fees as it is normally taken yearly but if someone is unable to pay at once they can readily pay half yearly twice according to their convince. The fees are payed through challan system provided by the college office or can be deposited in the college bank.

The scholarship is provided to the OBC and lower class students. They are provided a scholarship of some percentage of their course fees in return.

The gender ratio is approx equal and there is no inequality based on caste, sex. There are many extracurricular activities like dance, games, sports, debates, college fests etc held which boosts up the will of students. students are always ready to take part in every activities.

No there are no hostel for girls in our college so I stay in a pg near the college. There is a boy's hostel which is well maintained. They have 3 wings and the accomodation is good. The food quality is acceptable over there.

I have contacts with my seniors and they are really at very good colleges for further studies and they have always praised our college which they still think help in many areas.

I got admission into this college in the year 2017 and it's a great place to grab knowledge. The discipline is well inculcated within each of the students over here. I was finding a college which provided bsc. biotechnology as a subject. Then one of my relatives had been an alumni of the college and they suggested me this college as and said the department I was searching for is best in this college. The faculties are really very knowledgeable and experienced. So I gave the entrance for biotechnology and was selected.

The facilities are very good and very experienced. They motivate us to undertake research field in future and help us all the way possible. The no. of classes and lectures are well managed and they see to it if we are keeping the pace by regular suprise tests.
