Entrance Preview

I appeared for CAT/MAT/SNAP, i have got decent scores to get into some good management colleges, i have chosen BIMHRD over others because it was one of the best college in Pune that time (2010) .

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was designed as per AICTE guidelines, apart from that, we have been exposed to several other activities related to practical experiences. Which is very imp for learning management skills, after all we need to perform on field.

Internships Opportunities

We have got oppurtunities from our college only to appear in several companies, i have selected a market research company, general stipend would be in range of 10k to 20 k.

Placement Experience

Placement & job oppurtunities is one the USP of our college that time, approximately 300 companies visits our campus for recruitment. for 1000 odd students.

College Events

We have celebrated allmost all the festival inside the college campus, cultural event and parties are like we are having every month. Cherry on top college finance all the student visit for Bryan Adams concert that year.

Loan facility is available and its a reputated college, so any bank could finance your all education expenses.

It was an awesome 2 years, we have celebrated all festivals, cultural events are like part of life, sports events on annual functions, gender ratio is about 60-40 .

Our college is having strong allumini network, they invite alumini from industries on several occasions, also arrange get toghether events regularly to be in contact.

Maximum faculties are visiting faculties from reputated colleges or from industries, Thats one very imp factor to make it awesome. Faculties who have worked in industries share there practical exp. and help us understanding core values easily.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top.
