Entrance Preview
CAT - 84.63, I surely gave interview in many different institutes and got accepted in almost every one but I chose CIMP when I came to know about the faculties and the diligence they have for shaping up an individual. I never regretted, neither when I was a student nor today when I am recognised as an alumnus.
Course Curriculum Overview
We had 38 papers with Trimester system with one Summer Internship of two months and rest projects and assignments of lesser durations on each paper. Electives were Marketing, Human Resource and Finance, where one have to take one major elective and one minor out of the three.
Internships Opportunities
Stipend was varied from organisations to organisations who came to pick students. Students were given local and interstate locations to bring out the true capacity they had.I was sent to Jamshedpur by GCMMF (Amul) to review the ice cream business that was going on there and also survey for the upcoming health drink they were about to launch.
Placement Experience
At CIMP the average salary package is 5.5 lacs to 7 lacs, ranging from 12 lacs to 3.8 lacs.Companies who came for recruitment were, ITC, GCMMF, TASL, AMBA FINANCE, L&T, BRLPS, DIGITAL GREEN, NDDB, MOTHER DAIRY, and many more with 100% placements. We had more than 2 opportunities per student.
College Events
B-Fest, 3 days' yearly event where we invited students from all over. Local festivals and events were around 23 in a year where the students planned and executed everything. And also the after semester and mid sem parties.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very feasible and very affordable. 5.25 for the whole course with per trimester payment schedule. Also there were different scholarship programs budgeted by the Bihar Government.
Fees and Financial Aid
For loans we had PNB, SBI and UBI, who had collaboration with the institute. Rest scholarships were as per the rules of Central Government and State Government.
Alumni/Alumna
Inspite our institute being a new one we have alumni all over the country. Holding key positions at premier companies. Every now and then a senior came to share their experiences to make us ready for the outside world.
Faculty
We had permanent faculties from many renowned institutions and also visiting faculties of awesome stature from institutes of top ten rankings in India. IIMs, IITs, NITIE, TAPMI, FMS, Economic Times editorial team and many others to name a few.
