My college.

I have taken CAT, and got 59%ile. Decided on this college because it is one college in whole delhi who imparts good education with such low percentile as well.

Course curriculum is good but is still lack practical approach its ore of managerial approach which students hardly apply when they are placed.We do have few very important courses such as Business Problem Framing, Organisational Dynamics which are of great use to a student of my age. They help in broadening the perspective as well as my thinking process.

I am still going through the process that is, we are yet to go through the internship program though what we have know till date are internships are in new startups and without stipend which is a set back for us. This it internship time has increased from 2 months to 3 months as well.

Placement and job opportunities are good but not great we do get some good MNC such as Delloite as well as some startups but the average package is 2-3 lac which is not a good sign.

There are many college events such as Meraki- business plan competition, Marketing conclave- you get opportunities to present your presentation, Finance conclave- one gets opportunity to interact with finance people from industry, Strategy club- that comes up with multiple quizes, Samavesh- annual cultural event of the college, CIP- corporate internship contest as well.

Expensive since it cost 6.5 lac except for that its also expensive because we have convenience charges and all. Plus scholarship is just for top 3 students which is i feel very much unfair for students because only they get scholarship that too based on professors preference for students and liking.

Loan facility is offered via banks and as far as scholarship is considered its just for top 3 students and decided only after 2 trimester though students are told that its done after 4 semester which is like misleading the students. College is not transparent in its work process

Campus life is good, all basic amenities are there but major issue is of canteen. VENDOR IS NOT GOOD AT ALL the service is pathetic again hostlers suffer here also when it comes to food. Management is good but the staff they own who runs the college is pathetic to be honest enough.

I am not a hostel resident so not much aware of it but most students say it bad because they have hygiene issues as well as food inconvenience. Mess is not there for students which make it highly inconvenient for them to manage food as there are no food shops nearby and locality is not upto the mark as well.

They are highly cordial but one thing that everyone says is that if faculty is happy then only u get good marks. So it demoralises one more than boosting your confidence. I do have issues with management but that's okay.

We have a 3 month semester. We have a mid-term after 1.5 months of the semester and end-term at the end of 3 months. After the mid-term exam we have our Group Presentations, as well as Individual presentations.

Faculty are okay okay. They still believe in the fact that if student comes to there cabin then he is worth it otherwise not a use of giving him marks at all. Which according to me is unfair means. Some good faculties are leaving the college, some left so its getting bad to some extent.
