One has to self learn rather than being taught more focus should be on case study and real life experence based learning rather than text book or course book based.
Entrance Preview
I took entrance Exam for MBA i.e. CET and college specific entrance exam. I selected the college as it was referred by a close family friend was relatively close to my house and found the campus good.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course was good similar or i would say same as MMS course or may be better. Good faculty and co-operative college management topped up with enthusiastic bunch of friends and colleagues making it an extended family as we spent more time there than at home.
Internships Opportunities
Being a tier II player at the time not many Bluechip companeis came but was still good with many banks,broking firms etc coming to the campus stipend offered ranged from INR 2000 to INR 10000.
College Events
Events at the College were mostly organised by Student and management was just a support mechanism was a good learning ground Udaan Business,Corporate interaction event Visions Multi college cultural fest,Annual Day,Teachers Day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees for PGDM is always expensive at least twice or thrice if not more than MMS done vide University. Fees at that time was approx INR 45, 000 per year payable at the begining of the semister.
Fees and Financial Aid
College did not provide any specific loan or scholarship that i am aware of i have not availed any loani have not got any scholarship.
Campus Life
Campus life was good gave new dimension to life Taught new lessons of life out of Comfort zone of family Learned meaning of Teamwork,Tolerence,etc.
Hostel Facilities
There was no hostel facility provided by College Students had to find their own accommodation Food was available in college canteen was decently priced. There were many options available around as well.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors were good and co-operative many were source of Inspiration and learning for organising events. Alumni Network is good unfortunately i am not so active so can not comment.
Exam Structure
Lectures we through out the day. There was little time to chill Problem was the education system and process rather than being case study oriented. It was race to complete the course
Faculty
Faculty was good and ready to help and share knowledge. Visiting faculty had relevant Industry experience could have invited more industry experts for more real life experience.
