Remarks
It's one of the top colleges in Bangalore. The placements are very good. I have not seen anything bad in college yet. The admission process is very easy if you go through CET. I preferred this college instead of others is because of the beauty of the campus, quality education, and the crowd. I used the Edu Assistant app to know more about this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have always wanted to try something different and achieve it. I was not a guy who liked programming and electronics. The faculty-student ratio is 1:18 Almost 99% of the faculty are PhD holders and are very experienced and they teach very well. The term exams were very regular, as they had mentioned while joining. It was not that difficult to pass but it was very difficult to score a distinction.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placements from 3rd year. The highest package ever offered was of around 60 lakhs per annum and the average package offered was around 7 lakhs per annum. Every student getting 7.5 CGPA is confirmed to be placed. I am planning to do MBA after my Engineering.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is actually reasonable if you join through K-CET. I paid almost a lakh for my admission.
Campus Life
The annual fest is 8th Mile, there were a lot of tech fests too dedicated to hacking, models, eco, etc. Its generally conducted during the month of February. There's a huge library with a lot of books. The classrooms are well equipped with a smart screen, windows, podium, great tables, and benches. Sports is definitely one of the great aspects of my college, there's always one of the tournaments going on in the college. There's a sports complex too and also an Indoor Stadium. There are many clubs like Rotaract, Ashwa Mobility, Raag, Carv - Kannada, Hindi, English, NCC, NSS, Helios, Garuda, E-Cell, IDEA, etc. Basically there's a club for every aspect.
