Remarks

The Administration and rules are very strict as compared to other colleges in the area. The faculty is very experienced and knowledgeable in their own subjects. The admission process is manual, you are supposed to go to college and fill-up the form. Most parents and students prefer this college because of its placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The reason for choosing this course is purely by chance. I was allotted this course based on my EAMCET rank. Faculty are extremely capable to have control over the students allotted to them for the whole 4 years for mentoring. One faculty is allotted for 7-9 students. The method of teaching students by the faculty is based on assessment. They discover new ways to teach a concept in an easier way so that each student would be able to understand it. There will be 2-semester exams in an academic year. Each semester exam has 2 mid exams which would be conducted in the interim months. The paper correction process by the faculty is quite tough and it is difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Students are supposed to undergo internships in any company regarding their course. The complete internship course is usually of 1-2 months depending on the company. Bsnl, Steel Plant, Shipyard are some of the places where internships are generally held.

Placement Experience

2.5

Students become eligible for campus placements from their 3rd year. The campus placements are very good. Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Cap Gemini are some of them. On an average 30 out of 70 students with good grades in a class get placed. The packages are good. 15k-20k per month is the starting package for a new guy.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per academic year was 80,000 rupees, which included the building fee and all other stuff regarding education. So to finish 4 years of course, 3 lacs 20 thousand rupees was the total fees. I wasn't eligible for any scholarships and also wasn't good enough to get a job.

Campus Life

2

The tech and cultural fests used to be conducted at the end of every academic year usually in the month of March,2-3 weeks before the exams. The tech fest is for 2 days. And the cultural fest is celebrated on the evening of the 2nd day. The books in the library are available always.

Hostel Facilities

3

A hostel room consists of 2-3 beds. A bed and a locker allotted to each student. A toilet and a bathroom in each room. The food in the hostel mess is good enough. The mess fees per academic year are 18000 per year.3 meals a day.

Interview Experience

3

There wasn't any group discussion or interview during the admission process. The admission process was purely based on ranks obtained in the 12th class boards or other engineering entrance exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.
