Remarks
This college has a very good infrastructure and hostel facilities, but the major drawback is the faculties they are not permanent they change every year and the quality of teaching is a little bad. I got easily admitted into this college with a scholarship for +2 result the admission continues throughout the month of march -july and online admission is also available, I preferred this college for the course of B.com specialized with ACCA, and this is the only college which cost fewer fees than another college with the same course. I used the official ACCA website to find this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose B.com with ACCA course for pursuing ACCA in the UK, studying this course gives an exemption of 6 Acca papers, Faculties are very poor in teaching, they a newly recruited and have zero experience in the field of teaching this particular course. The Student and teacher ratio varies according to the classes sometimes 75:1 and sometimes 21:1, it depends on the class what a student chooses. The exams in this college are very easy to pass, whatever you write in the paper they will pass you.
Internships Opportunities
The college has internship opportunities in only IInd and IIIrd year. Ist year students won't see any opportunities for internships.
Placement Experience
The placement for this college is very good for non-major related companies i.e the student won't be placed for course they pursued. The Percentage of placements are high in number
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of studying this course is high then another course since it has ACCA specialization. They have scholarship and i availed a scholarship of 4000 per year. But when comparing the course fee with other colleges Rathinam looks less.
Campus Life
The campus has an annual fest and tech fest often and it has 3 libraries but can't find any novel, the internet connection speed in the library is very good, every class has e classroom system and it has a very good atmosphere for sports and Extracurricular Activities. They have many different clubs and but many are very dormant
Hostel Facilities
The Facility is a flagship for this college it has spacious rooms, attached bathroom, high-speed wifi, and good security. Food quality and taste depend on the dish they provide, some food items taste good, some are extremely bad, and lunch in the hostel is very boring food and not diversified food.
