Remarks

The course is very hectic, so one cannot assume that it's an year off from work when choosing to study here.Best way to fund the course would be to ask your company to sponsor you.

Entrance Preview

Took the GMAT in 2013 - Scored 690 Selection process: Shortlist based on profile and score, Interview - can be a stress interview or a behavioral one

Internships Opportunities

The programme, being of only a year, doesn't have scope for internships. However, it does have an Experiential Learning Programme where one can take up projects with various companies. No stipend is offered for these programmes.

Placement Experience

5

100% of the batch gets placed every year. Consulting firms are the most popular ones among students, with some of the most prestigious firms visiting the campus. An indicative list and package details can be found out on the school's website.

College Events

5

There are several events across the year: ISB leadership summit: Industry stalwarts and head honchos connect with students - Large scale event Solstice: Alumi connection event - Very large scale event Other include iDiya, Advaita, etc. These events offer respite from the otherwise hectic schedule.

Campus Life

5

There are so many facilities here that might need to come back after you've passed out just to avail of those services. Gym, sports facilities, snooker. poker, swimming pool, carom, chess, art room, photography room, yoga room, crossfit, etc are few that come to the top of my mind. If not academics, then business competitions keep you busy.

Hostel Facilities

5

ISB's living standards are ranked the second highest in the world among a list of several international institutions. There's an option of getting a studio or a flat (called quads here). Studio is occupied independently whereas a quad has four rooms, with each student occupying one room.

Alumni/Alumna

The school is built on its alumni network. Donations, placements and tonnes of advice - all come from the alumni. Only one batch studies at a time, so there are no senior students on campus. Current students have complete access to the alumni network, and the alumni is helpful and quick to respond.

Exam Structure

Very frequent exams. Some professors substitute exams with live projects and assignments. Some exams allow open books, but are more difficult than the ones that do not allow open books. Core terms may have more exams than the elective terms.

Faculty

5

Faculty here is one of the best you'll find across the world. ISB has tie-ups with the best schools around the world and gets top-notch faculty to teach.
