The rgukt board will release the admissions after the declaration of tenth class results in Andhra Pradesh. Students can apply online or in meeseva. The rgukt board will generally release the selected list on first week of July. This will be based on the 10th marks. The admissions also have reservations, sports, PH, ncc categories. There will be counseling for the selected students on last week of July. Students can join on first week of August. Coming to the college, it has the best infrastructure which resembles IIT. You need to do 2 years puc course to join in to graduation. You can your selected branch. The faculty provided are well experienced and trained. The facilities and sources are top notch taking it's a government college. The bad one is that you will not always get full fees reimbursement. You have to pay some balance at the end. I chose mechanical engineering because I love physics. I will always have interest in knowing how things work. By the way you can choose any course by your wish if you got qualified in the pre University course. The faculty to students ratio is About 1is to 40. That is good enough to maintain the communication. Most of the faculty are graduates from Indian institute of technology. They always have the best technical skills. The time table consists of 5 periods. You will get 5 minutes breaks in between the periods. You will also get a lunch break of an hour after first three periods. The classroom contains all the necessary equipment like projector screen and audio system. Faculty can teach digitally or on a white board according to their wish. Questions and doubts from students is always encouraged in the classroom. For a semester you will get three monthly tests and an end semester exam including lab tests. The exams are neither easy nor difficult. You can qualify if you studied good.

Yes, you can do in house internships provided by the college. But most of them are without stipend.some companies offer internship on behalf of college with good stipend. You need qualify their tests and interviews to get placed. For in house internships there is no need to pay any fee for food and accommodation.

The students can get placements from 2nd semester of the 3rd year.Like said, There plenty of companies to choose for the software guys. They also offer good amount of packaged, the highest one is 13 lpm. The average package is 2 lakhs per annum. So if you are a software guy you can cherish your career from here with top companies like Infosys, tcs, Wipro, Microsoft etc..For fourth year students there will be at least one company placement for one week. The percentage of students getting placed is about 60 and it is getting better year by year, but for mech or civil guy it is better to go for outside placements. I did not got placed in the college. But with lectures provided and knowledge enhanced I am going for GATE exam to get a career in the public sector industries.

The SC and ST candidates will almost get their fees from reimbursement by the government of Andhra Pradesh. however the OC candidates and students with more than 2 lakhs per annum income and students of government employee family need to pay most their fees. financial Assistance is provided to the 3rd and 4th year students by opportunities like teaching assistants and in house internships. Every student need to an internship in the end of the 3rd year either outside or inside. Coming to the placements, if you are an software guy you will definitely will get a good job with minimum package of 2 lakhs. However the campus is still improving in the terms of technical and core placements. As I am a core guy I did not attend any placement. But I got enough knowledge about my course so that I can apply for public sector jobs.

If there one thing that is more than enough in the campus that is number of fests conducted. There will be at least one event for a month. The main cultural fest occurs in the Feb or March called as Cygnus. This two days fest will cheer you up with fun and entertainment. Any film celebrity will called as guest. It could called a carnival for college. Along with this a technical fest called Teckzite is conducted to test your skills in various technical fields with captivating rewards. excluding these there are farewells, fresher's parties, cultural events, happy Sundays and so on. Campus got a newly built large library with so much space which is improving day by day in terms of books and resources available. Students are motivated to participate in extra curricular activities such as music and dancing, sports with all equipment provided. Frequent tournaments takes place in sports department. There many clubs like Helping hands, student Mitra,SDCAC,E crush, Telugu velugu etc.

There are two types of rooms provided in hostel which is in campus. One type contains two beds and another type contains 4 beds. Each room got two fans and two Large windows providing nice circulation of the air. There are many fields aside the hostel and you will always sense that freshness in the air. Coming to the food, there are total 7 dining halls in the campus. Each Batch rotated each month to different dining hall. The food is not very delicious but tastes good enough to eat. The hostels are allocated to the students during the admissions. There is no need register and Pay extra fee for the hostel.
