In all fields the college is quite good according to other colleges

This college ranked number 1 in all over the rtu affiliated colleges and also it have a good infrastructure with latest technology's labs. This is the best college if we compare it with other rtu colleges. Discipline is the necessary if you want to study in this college. And also if you have good percentage in 12th and follows some criteria then can be able to get scholarships. You don't need to pay tuition fee if you get this scholarship. I searched about this college on collegedunia.com,where I found this college best and also visited the college. That's why I preferred skit over others. Dress code is must in this college, that also implies the discipline.

Electrical is the core branch. You will get the best faculty in this college.And will also help you to qualify competitive exams like gate, ras etc. Standard of exams are quite good than other colleges as I saw some papers of other colleges but it will be very easy to pass the exams because of the same level you will get the teaching.

Mostly Infosys, Cognizent, Thrillophilia, TCS, Pinnacle and many more companies offered the placements. The stipend that they provided was approx 20000 per month during the training. Projects are all about the software related or the core topics related that adds some extra value in the practical knowledge.

Companies come in the 7th semester, mostly cs/IT branch students get the placement. But core students who are bright in studies get the best placements. But mostly students go for higher studies through gate and some qualifues the competitive exams and get the job.

You will get books related to your course, magazines, papers and also digital library. A stationery is also there, you don't need to go outside of the campus. Skit runs so many clubs like IE club, dance club, singing club, drama club, photography club, sports club anf and so many. Pravah is the annual fest of skit.

If you opt for hostel of college then you will get a room for a single person.Rooms have the facilities of AC and the mess quality is quite good. You will get morning breakfast and then lunch and dinner with the schedule. And special food on Sunday. Canteen is available in college.
