This college is one of the most beautiful campuses in Varanasi. It has a great infrastructure. It is having a great campus selection also. It is also awarded for its discipline and clean environment. This college is a private college affiliated from aktu university.
Course Curriculum Overview
Bachelor of pharmacy is a very great reputation and professional course. The students who have completed there schooling with either PCB OR PCM subjects can pursue this course. After a bachelor of pharmacy, you are eligible and get a license to open your own business or store regarding pharmacy. You can also pursue masters of pharmacy. Our faculty of Ashoka is very excellent. There are a number of a female well-qualified professor who teaches us very well. They are also providing us, online classes. Extracurricular activities also happen in our college at a good interval of time. There are two semesters every year and you have to go to other exam centers to give semester exams. Meanwhile in college three internal exams are taken. Two sessional and 1 pre-university test for practice. Exams happen every 7 weeks approximately.
Placement Experience
The placement percentage is although very high but the students have to struggle very hard for getting placement from college. The placement facility for b pharm students is not very good. Very few students get a job from college every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 8200 rs per month and fee is also changed for every batch. There are a lot of fines put up by the college. And we also have to submit an examination fee to aktu. Every year one student from each class is awarded a scholarship for achieving the highest score in their class. The scholarship is given as whole fees off for their even semester which is of 4 months. Students also get a scholarship from the government as per their caste amount of money varies.
Campus Life
Abhyudaya is the annual tech fest and cultural fest of the college. The campus is completely raging free. The library is too beautiful in our college. It although do not have a lot of books but yes it's too beautiful. Sports activities are always going continuously for the whole year. There are no social groups run by the students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel for girls lies within the campus. The hostel is very bad. The boy's hostel lies outside the campus 3 km away from campus. The food in a hostel for girls is not good. But the boy's hostel is the worst. The rooms outside the college are near up to 3000rs and the pg outside for boys are up to 4500 rs and girls are 5500rs.
