Remarks

Our college is an autonomous college. So the syllabus is improvised compared to JNTU affiliated colleges. The faculty is better. They complete the entire syllabus without any skipping. Our college introduced Artificial Intelligence branch recently which other colleges haven't. The bad aspects are The college infrastructure is small. They won't give importance to extracurricular activities. The admission process is simple. The form has to be submitted to the in-charge in admission cell. Then the college fee paid receipt must be submitted in college. They will verify and take admission. I preferred this college because Autonomous college, Good environment compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because I'm interested in computers, mobiles and technology. Our faculty members are well educated. They teach and clarify doubts better. They explain using projector and blackboard. They interact better with the students. They encourage merit students. They conduct the labs strictly which is very important. The teaching faculty and students ratio is 1:6. That is there are 40+ teaching faculty and 240 students in our CSE branch. There are two midterm examinations and end semester examination. There will consider an average of two mid exams for internal marks. There is also a 3rd mid-exam for improvement of marks in internal. The internal is easy to pass because they will provide important questions in each subject. But the external semester exam is difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities

2

Our college offers very fewer internships. Mostly they are off-campus internships. The on-campus internships are less. The companies that offered internship are Capgemini and Value labs.

Placement Experience

4.5

There are good placements from our batch. The placement cell is really very good in our college. They conduct CRT classes for the students from the 4th semester. It will be helpful for those who want to get placed in on-campus drives. The students get eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. In the starting of July month, you will get companies for placements. I visited companies like Capgemini, Wipro, TCS, rubicon red, virtusa, value labs, cognizant. The Wipro and TCS are off campus drives. I made 1 offer letter. The highest package offered on campus is 5.7 LPA. The highest package offered off-campus is 14 LPA in amazon. The average package is 3 LPA for our batch students. More than 50% of students placed in CSE and ECE branches. In civil and mechanical branches, the chance of getting placed is very less. My plan is to do a job for 1-2 years and after that planning for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for our year is 80000 but now for 2019 students, it is 110000. They will take an additional 7000 rupees for an autonomous certificate. All four years the fee structure is the same. There's no fee hike in our college like other colleges. The bus fees are not included in college fees. It has to be paid separately. There provide scholarships to students. The scholarship provided is 35000 rupees. For SC and ST students full reimbursement is provided. Only an additional 7000 rupees has to be paid every year. No additional fees is needed for them. The placement cell is very good for our college. A good number of students are placed in our batch. The count is more than 400 students. The chances are more for CSE, ECE and EEE students. There are fewer placements for Civil and Mechanical students.

Campus Life

3

The annual fest is conducted in the first week of April. The name of our annual fest is Crescendo. Our tech fest name is Advaya. It is also conducted in April month. The annual fest is not so good in our college. It is very boring. There will be a central library for all the students. We can get the curriculum books and also other author books. Our faculty suggests other good authors for the subject. There will be a projector in every classroom. There is a mineral water facility. The sports include basketball, cricket, volleyball, coco, kabaddi, chess and carroms. The competitions are conducted only before the fest. There is very less importance to sports and extracurricular activities. There is a club called "street cause" that helps orphans. It is the best club in our college. The other clubs are photography club, coding club, dance club. The other clubs are just for namesake. No use of them. The social life is far better. There is no ragging. The college environment is good.
